Soho Wala is a stunning new eatery offering the most sumptuous in Indian street food that will be designed to transport the palate and excite the senses. The term ‘Wala’ (pronounced ‘Valla’) is commonly used across Indian trading to describe a merchant or seller of the finest fare.

For all bookings, cancellation less than 24hrs hold a charge of £10 per person. Should you have any further enquiries or would like to make any changes, please do not hesitate to contact the reservations team.
Please note full credit card details are required to confirm/guarantee the bookings.

Note: Each guest is advised to register via NHS Test & Trace App and wear a face mask when entering and exit.

Food tasted okay, nothing special but extremely overpriced. A bottle of poor quality red wine (£8 online) sold for £40.00! Service inexistent, in the sense that there was nobody around to ask for some water. Don't waste your money!

Excellent afternoon tea and Indian tea to celebrate my sister's birthday. Nice venue. Not too noisy. Our waiter Ramadan was helpful, friendly and warm, as indeed were the other staff. A very minor criticism is that some of the cakes and biscuits were a little on the sweet side for our taste, but overall I would rate this as an excellent tea: great sandwiches, scones, jam and clotted cream - and for my sisters and mum (who all chose the Indian tea menu), delicious mango lassi, chai, potato toastie, lamb wrap etc. Good value, great food and service, and I will be visiting this venue again. Oh, and my sister was given a piece of birthday cheesecake which she really enjoyed :)

Very disappointed in the whole experience. We ordered chips and they came at least five minutes before the rest of the meal. On the other hand the rice we ordered came 10 minutes after our main dishes had been served. Ordered tandoori mixed grill but was served tandoori chicken. Nan bread far too hard. We had to ask when we needed anything for example another drink so inattentive service. Did feedback this back at the time and an apology was given but no discount of bill as a gesture of goodwill or seemingly appreciation of our complaints. £85 for lunch for two when we didn’t enjoy seems very expensive

Really quiet in this small street food restaurant. Only negatives were the limit of 2 mini cups of masala tea which went down quickly so more would be great ! The sweet treats were not Indian themed at all - almond mini cake and what was a chocolate cake. Positives were each person had their own little platter, good variety but more meat would have been better . Overall good
