   We have been to Sofra several times over the last month or two - we are obsessed with the hummus and pita, as well as the dumplings and mushrooms, along with many other tasty dishes. But the service is fair, at best. It was super cool last night - very breezy - and we asked our server for blankets when we ordered. By dessert, we still had no blankets. Finally, my guest spotted a pile and grabbed two off the hostess stand. Being so chilly didn’t ruin our dinner but the lack of responsiveness from our waiter, Frankie, irked me. We ordered a variety of hot and cold dishes and I asked him to space out serving them. The hummus came out promptly… we then waited 30 minutes and finally I nudged Frankie to bring out another dish. After another 5 minutes, the rest of our dishes came out - all at once. There was hardly any room on the table, the hot dishes became cold before we could get to them… and again, I put the blame on Frankie. He was pleasant but totally unable to deliver on any request. It’s a good thing we are obsessed with some of the dishes… otherwise I would recommend spending hours $$ elsewhere.

   Seating inside with high wind was helped a great deal by blankets provided by Sofra. Terrific service. Excellent food,

   I have lived in Naples 20 years full time and have eaten everywhere. This is one of the best meals I have ever had! The service was amazing! Erald and Sziwe(?), the young girl that kept replenishing my water, everyone was fantastic! Multiple times people came over and asked us how we were doing and that was greatly appreciated. The attention to detail was top-notch. Karl, the manager, was incredible! He explained to us in detail The Baklava dish and offered a complimentary, oh my god! We are so glad he did it was amazing. This was everything we would expect from the Ritz and way way more.... above and beyond. Bravo to all! We live in South Naples and really never come north but we will certainly be making a special trip to come back again. Your menu is spectacular!

    Hummus appetizer was delightful. Overall, the dishes were flavorful. The old-fashioned cocktail was definitely lacking. The service was very slow and inattentive.
