Tapping into true Italian tastes, the menu starts with a selection of antipasti including a citrus salad and grilled octopus, and a plentiful selection of crudo. Mains feature fresh pasta, pesce and locally sourced carne, with a traditional, Italian heritage Chianina florentine steak.

The cocktail program is a refreshing medley of signature drinks with an Italian twist. Expertly crafted by mixologist Nishan Nepulangoda, cocktails are enhanced by regional herbs and fresh in-house cordials, and named in tribute to the country’s vast geography and pop culture history. The wine list features many vintages and an extensive selection of true Italian wines rare to the local dining scene.

We had an amazing brunch! The food was amazing and the space was outstanding. Our server Jacqueline was great- she was quick and on top of everything! We will be back for sure!

Sofia is an elegant ‘ top of the line’ gourmet spot. It is my favorite brunch spot. The food is exquisite with a creative touch. The servers are wonderful. The menu is varied. Highly recommended

Fabulous food at a good price for the quality of the meal. Fun atmosphere, very welcoming and friendly staff, great people watching. Surprisingly quiet so no shouting required. Our new go-to outside of the neighbourhood.

Food and service was excellent, outside back patio very nice and sheltered from sun (if desired) and sheltered from Yorkville street noise.
