Society is an energetic and fun restaurant and bar located in Tempe on the corner of University and Rural next-door to the Tempe Improv. Society offers inventive Italian and Mediterranean cuisine created by Chef Armando Aguirre. We offer our full dinner menu daily from 4pm to 1:30am with Happy Hour Sunday-Thursday 4pm to 6pm and Reverse Happy Hour Wednesday night from 10PM-12AM. Society is a stunning oasis in the desert with a large 28 seat illuminated rose quartzite bar top with an extensive wine list and creative house cocktails. We have plush booths, couches and a separate dining room area. When visiting Society we want you to escape with us and enjoy our hospitality!

This was our second time dining here & it was Outstanding again!!! Our server Kelen was amazing & knew so much about wine & the entrees in detail. We were sooo happy with the service & the food was a gourmet experience. We had the king salmon & the shrimp pesto pasta!!! The Best!!! Highly recommend this hidden gem!

Just a perfect evening to celebrate a friend's accomplishment. Service was outstanding, food even better. Salmon was exceptional and so well-prepared. Our server, Jake, went above and beyond. Can't wait to go back.

Society board was great, lots of yummy cheeses with strawberry compote. The Bloody Prick was not too sweet and very tasty. For dinner I had the Crispy Chicken Burrata which was delicious and enough for two to share

Updated: I went with friends to celebrate my birthday. The waiter asked if I’d like a birthday shot as it was a specialty. I accepted and had the shot We ordered an appetizer and our entrees and really enjoyed the food and ambiance. Overall it was a great experience!!

Anne was our server and she was AMAZING! She made my mom’s birthday so special . We had the truffle fries, the pesto pasta and the chicken Alfredo. We added shrimp and everything tasted spectacular!

Great food and really fun atmosphere. The only down side (and this is nothing they can control) is the parking lot. If there is an ASU game good luck finding a place to park. Plan accordingly. But the restaurant is fantastic.

This was the first time that we dined at Society, we had an exceptional experience! We were greeted by a very sweet and beautiful hostess named Morgan who was so nice. We sat at the bar before we went to our table and enjoyed their half off bottle of wine on Sunday. The bartender Jake, was so nice to us and knew a lot about the different wines, which was very helpful to us and we really enjoyed talking with him. Once we were seated and our friends arrived, we had a wonderful server and the food was incredible! The honey and feta bread appetizer was so delicious and so was the king salmon and the lasagna. We had such a great time and we will for sure be back. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The reception was very good, the place was very nice and well designed with neon lights, the attention of my waitress was outstanding, the food, the starters were some incredible croquettes and meatballs, the problem was the Caesar salad was salty and the pasta they served us was not al dente and left something to be desired, the place was very well decorated but noisy, difficult to have a clear and fluid conversation, with respect to the price-quality ratio I think the cost is 20% high, clean and safe place, I will probably come back to give it a second chance
