Ordered the ribeye steak medium rear was very chewy for the price was not up to standards very disappointed with it considering the price Starter was very good and the house wine Service was excellent Very noise dj there was abit strange and the toilet was shared toilets men and women Morden and strange

Location food and drinks are amazing. Experience is hindered by bad overall management. Waiting staff are nice but poorly managed. Right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. We arrived and it took ages for someone to attend to us and they missed our reservation three times. The club experience is a good idea but needs better music and dj to nail it. It felt a bit flat.

Gorgeous night! The food and view was to die for! Totally recommend going during the daytime!

Have been here a few times. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was very very slow (and its wasn’t even that busy). We had to wait ages to pay, even after I had asked a member of staff if we could pay. The happy hour on cocktails isn’t clear. It was only for house cocktails and as someone who doesn’t drink I had to pay full price for non alcoholic cocktails. These are still cocktails just without alcohol, so I felt penalised for not being able to drink alcohol.

Views are good in the 5th floor and food and service well above average. We had a meal here following our son’s graduation. Two of us had the set menu (before 6pm) and the other two a la carte. The portions were good sized and fresh and tasty. We could see the chefs cooking and they all looked happy and efficient. In fact all the staff looked like this and this made the ambience good. The whole experience was good and we will definitely visit again when we come back to Canterbury one day. May be stay in the hotel too.

Despite having made a reservation on OpenTable for 8 guests when we arrived we were told that they had no availability for us and we were turned away
