We had dinner New Years Eve and the restaurant is in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. All our food selections were excellent, but the service was subpar compared to the price we paid for 4 people. For instance, there were not enough cocktail menus for each table. We also had to wait for steak knives well after our food was delivered to our table. I expected way better service from a restaurant featuring a NYE experience at a premium price. I hope they work out these service issues because the restaurant has outstanding food.

We had a reservation at 4:45 and they called me saying that they moved my dinner to 6pm which I agreed to. What we didn’t know is that they moved us to a NYE special dinner which had a fixed menu of $150pp. This was never stated during the phone call. I’m allergic to half the options that were provided and the other options were meals that on any other place for $10 like the “morcilla”. The roof was also leaking and when we told the waitress about it she was very rude and passive aggressive. We payed for our drinks and left because when we asked about the menu the waitress acted as if we couldn’t pay for the service which is not the case and it was very humiliating since she said it out loud. We payed for our drinks and left to the hotel next door (La concha) where we payed the same amount and had a very pleasant experience with open bar and better meals. Never go here

We always visit Social on our visits to Condado. Great food and service are always on the menu. A special shout out to Giovanni who was very attentive and helpful.

Took us 30 minutes after our reservation to be seated, once seated at least 30 minutes to get a drink. Food and service was EXTREMELY slow! Our waiter however was very pleasant and our food was good.

The Good: Quite possibly the most engaging view of a restaurant that spans out into the ocean including some panoramic views of the city, and the brunch was prepared thoughtfully and the portions were perfect for the price. The bad: The prep time for dishes depending on what hour you arrive, strongly suggest booking an earlier slot as the kitchen and wait staff can quickly become overwhelmed.

Horrible. Appetizers took 1.5 hours to come out. Not even all of them came out. After 2.5 hours the rest of our appetizers and meals still didn’t g come. Told us the kitchen was “backed up” meanwhile half the restaurant was empty. We got up and told them to cancel the rest of our meal because it wasn’t coming out. Multiple other tables did the same. They need to prepare for their reservations or not take as many reservations especially on a holiday week. What a terrible experience. Will not be back.
