Food is really tasty and really enjoyed what I ate. Menu all looked terrific. Had booked a table but I was left standing alone at the front desk for ten minutes waiting for a server to come and seat me. Multiple times they walked past and I even said to one can you seat me please I have a booking. She looked like a rabbit in the headlights. The young servers did work hard but also floated around a bit not focused on customers who were often trying to catch their attention Wine was extortionate for a glass. Nice decor but lacked any kind of ambiance. Lots of inappropriate language heard from the open kitchen.

Out for the Christmas shopping with the Mrs, and her to be obeyed practically only eats chicken. Never seen or heard anything of this place and what a gem meal was fantastic all cooked to perfection, went for three sides to share between us fries x 2 and onion rings which were fantastic and with what we had eaten we couldn’t finish the them, what a waste but our eyes to big for the stomachs

Our food was outstanding. The ambience of the place is perfect and all the staff were so friendly.

We booked here for the Newcastle Restaurant Week having used the lounge bar for lunches before. The food was amazing the Chicken main course was excellent. All the team were really attentive and overall it was a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Enjoyed it for restaurant week probably wouldn’t return. As a vegan, It was all cauliflower. The bang bang cauliflower was unreal very tasty, The vegan schnitzel very disappointing and too greasy. The green Goddess salad that came with the schnitzel was tasty, the avocado that came with was mid and nothing special. Staff were canny enough. Also £25 for a bottle of wine that’s ordinarily £7.99 is a crazy markup.

Chicken was delicious and a very large portion. Banana waffles were the star of the show though. A smart venue with a relaxed atmosphere.
