Tuesday 19th November will see Claude Bosi and Brad Carter join hands to bring you the best of game cuisine and culinary treasures of nature in an extraordinary menu, spotlighting the diverse traditions of nature’s finest ingredients in the first instalment of Socca Seasons. Brad Carter, the visionary behind the Michelin-starred Carter’s of Moseley in Birmingham, has forged a unique path through the culinary world. As a founding member of the Birmingham Slow Food movement, he works tirelessly to preserve local food cultures and traditions.

With a deep passion for ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients, Shaun’s cooking style is all about letting the produce shine. At The Quality Chop House, he’s crafted a menu that changes as often as the seasons—sometimes twice daily—ensuring every dish celebrates the ingredients’ natural flavours. With Claude by his side, he comes to Socca to showcase the winter truffle and its versatility, crafting dishes with passion, precision, and a deep respect for the treasured ingredient.
