Snug Harbour is a casual upscale family restaurant and bar located on Lake Ontario in the Village of Port Credit.
The large dining room features floor to ceiling windows, contemporary pendant lighting and a central fireplace with impressive views of Lake Ontario and the Credit Village Marina. It also boast the largest wrap around heated patio in the area.

Snug Harbour is known for it's extensive fish and seafood and oyster bar. If fish and seafood are not your fancy the menu is complimented with a variety of menu selections including steak, chicken, pastas, burgers, salads and pizzas. Chef Tim's Signature dishes include the Canadian Whitefish, East Coast Oysters and Seafood Pescatore.

I love dining here with my friends and beloved one. The environment was awesome, the server was impeccable and the food was outstanding and beyond my expectations! I would technically come back again in the future to try any other plates you offer. The lobster was the best, the wine was exquisite. I will highly recommend this restaurant to all fish food lovers!

Snug is great for casual dining waterside and/or a cocktail or glass of wine on the patio and watching the boats go by. Great seafood, and good value for the excellent scenery.

I had made a reservation and requested a patio seat. When we got there the hostess said we would have to wait another 45 to 1 hour wait. The food tasted great but they were like samplers. Over priced for not enough food. I think for the price they should add more to the plate!

The service was phenomenal!! The food was not terrible but certainly not outstanding. The restaurant was quite noisy which made conversation difficult especially for a 6-people party.

We made a reservation for indoors. When we got there we asked if there was outdoor seating which we understand is on a first come first serve basis, and there is an hour and 15 minute wait. The front staff at the door was rude about this, we asked if we could start our meal inside and move outside if anything became available because my mom really wanted to sit outside, they very rudely said no. Then we asked if we could just split up our group and we were OK with being seated apart, they also said no this. The actual waitress who served us dinner was very nice. But the three ladies who were the front staff checking in people for the reservations were very rude. Food was also not good, I’m not sure if it was because it was rushed because it was a very busy Friday evening, but overpriced, fries were cold, fish was cold on the inside. Would not return.

It’s a beautiful spot to have dinner, but don’t forget your sunglasses if you sit on the patio. The rainbow trout and beet salad were awesome!

Value of money is problematic given the small portions and in general quite flavourless food served, especially when compared to previous visits to this restaurant. Such a pity. This place has been a favourite of ours for many years in the past, but no longer.
