took my Father and my family for lunch. Could not have been nicer. Lovely food, great service and a super cosy setting.

We've eaten here several times before - good bright traditional airy eating area, good service, good food, easy parking - recommended!

Good quality pub food. Would like to see more vegetarian choices, other than salads or gnocchi which I can easily make at home - maybe more hearty winter dishes with lentils and pulses, such as tagine, chilli etc. Also I don't like the description 'vegan' burger. What is it? You wouldn't just say 'meat' burger. The chicken schnitzel burger was tasty and well prepared. Also for a country local, more local produce. People want more from pub food these days - to include healthy, sustainable choices.

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious and the portion size was very generous. The vegetarian option was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others and will be going back very soon, thank you!

Delicious lunch, attentive service and price pretty much in line with food at other pubs. Good menu, will definitely be returning. Restful decor.

The snowdrop changes hand very frequently with each new owner promising a new exiting experience. Most fail but housing development near to the pub has increased massively making it local for many more. My experience today was ok for Sunday lunch but not fantastic. Cold plate over cooked roast potatoes and aldante peas and cabbage. My wife’s ceaser salad was great. We went at 3.30 and it was full. So great on a Sunday for them. My cold plate complaint was met with “late on a a Sunday comment” but free wine and beer offer - so not a bad offer. We settled on a £5 discount. Shame really as a good hot meal would have been a better result. A great pub for families with loud kids who don’t care about the cost as it is not cheap.

The Snowdrop came highly recommended as a Sunday lunch venue for a roast dinner. It was pleasant but not as impressive as we’d been led to believe. We were a late Sunday lunch booking (1500) so the roast potatoes had clearly been sitting around for a bit and were almost too tough to cut. The meats were pleasant (pork and beef) but personally two slices of beef does not a Sunday roast meal make. Staff were young and helpful and service was swift if a little inattentive at the end when most diners had left. It was nice enough but we wouldn’t choose to return for a Sunday lunch.
