Named the Best New Restaurant 2023 by The Infatuation Atlanta, Snap Thai Fish House transports landlocked Atlantans to the coast of Thailand for a seaside Thai dining experience in a stylish and inviting Buckhead setting. Offering a vast selection of fresh seafood, including coldwater lobster, fresh oysters, and more than ten varieties of sustainably caught fish delivered daily from the country’s best suppliers. The offerings are prepared with Thai-inspired flavors, calling upon Thailand-born Chef Pattie Lawlertratana’s extensive culinary background and classically trained cooking techniques. I had a fantastic experience! My server was outstanding, offering great recommendations and ensuring I was well taken care of throughout my visit. I enjoyed the lobster fried rice along with a delicious cocktail. This has become my new favorite spot in Buckhead!

Absolutely delicious! Fantastic ambiance! Excellent service! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and the presentation just blew us away. Dragon fruit margarita, oyster sampler, lobster fried rice, snapper special, Madagascar cream brûlée. Highly recommended!

I came here for my birthday and it was nothing short of amazing. Nick was our server and he was so kind, attentive, and efficient. He made sure we had everything that we needed throughout the night. The drinks were great and strong! All the food that we ordered was amazing. I don’t think you can go wrong with any dish. The crème brûlée was beautiful and delicious. I can’t believe this place isn’t busier! I will definitely be back!

The food was just ok. I expected more based on the reviews of the lobster fried rice. The lobster was over cooked. Service was very good.

We went to Snap Thai Fish House to celebrate a visit with our son, whom we had not seen in a while. We had a fantastic time. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. We sat outside and were very comfortable. Here are some specifics. Firstly, Chef Patty is a wonderful cook who brings her formal training in France along with her native sense of Thai cuisine together to create truly memorable plates. The staff is outstanding, attentive, knowledgable, and seems to know when to be at the table and when to leave you alone The food. When we arrived, we were served rice wafers with a wonderful mango-based sauce. The wafers were crisp and tasted like they had been made that day. We ordered the crispy shrimp tempura appetizer. It was perfectly cooked, not oily, and the pozu sauce that was delicious and not salty. For dinner we ordered the Som Tum Pu salad, Lobster Pad Thai, and the Shrimp and Scallops. The Som Tum Pu was very good, with lump crab meet, fresh green papaya and other vegetables. The dressing perfectly complemented the salad and was not too sweet. The Lobster Pad Thai was also perfectly prepared. The Lobster was very fresh and cooked just right. The Pad Thai sauce was tasty, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the amount of sauce was perfect. Sometimes you find too much sauce which swamps any other flavors. The Shrimp and Scallops was served with fresh made noodles and a green curry sauce that honestly is the best I have ever tasted. There were pieces of fresh Thai basil and fresh lemon grass in the curry, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It was outstanding. For desert we had a Creme Brûlée, Coconut Ice Cream, and Tiramisu. The Creme Brûlée was just as good as I have had in France. The Coconut Ice Cream was freshly made and wonderflully presented, and the Tiramisu (served with an espresso coffee) was fantastic. Serving it with the coffee which you could either drink or pour over the Tiramisu was a great idea.
