The server got 2 out of 3 orders wrong .. then did not acknowledge till 15 minutes later by which time my husband had finished his burger .. she then tried to tell me the kitchen was confused about my order .. till I reminded her that she had verbalized it back to me .. then told me they would ‘comp” me when it took over 1/2 hr to get any word about my other .. she finally hit the food ( which was good) and then gave us 5 $ off ..( Not happy .. I did tip her for the portion of the meal that she did on with

This restaurant is a family favorite! The whole menu is appealing which makes it difficult to choose each time we visit. I highly recommend enjoying the duck wontons while taking in the beautiful view of the lake!

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and location but the food and drinks are overpriced and not great. I had a fried chicken sandwich that was a 1/10. Not sure if chicken was fried in same oil as fish but it did not taste swell, it was also very plain/not seasoned much at all. It was like a hunk of chicken breast with an unpleasant coating, Inhad maybe 3 bites of it. The French fries were delightful though. This is my second time here, 1st time I had a burger which was fine but it was def a frozen pre cooked burger patty/ not cooked to order. Smuggler's is a new beautiful restaurant, I'm sure they will fig things out/fig out the kinks.

So much better than our first visit there last fall. Food and service all excellent and improved!! The Pork Belly Lollipop appetizer was amazing! Just be prepared - it is almost a meal itself!!!!

We made reservations online. Table was ready when we arrived. Restaurant is in a nice location with beautiful lake views. Great service and food.

We’ve been a few times before and had a really great experience but last night was a bummer. We sat for fifteen minutes without getting waters or acknowledged in any way. When I flagged down a busser to ask if she could find our waitress, the waitress came over, complained about how many tables she had and was very rude, and said she’d bring waters in a minute. We almost left right then and maybe we should have. It took an hour or more to get food, my soup was brought after my entree (only because I asked for it, it would have been forgotten entirely), and she took my cocktail before I had finished it. Super bummed. We don’t get a ton of date nights anymore and it’s really disappointing when you get so excited for a fun night out and it’s such a negative experience. We’ll think twice before coming out again.

We had a reservation and was seating right away and got our water. Then took over 30 minutes to get drink and take order and another 45 min to hour to get our food. Food was ok but for the wait and price would have thought it would have been much better. Had live music however was outside and all door closed so you could not hear it.
