Our Southern Barbeque is inspired by flavours of America’s deep south, from regions like Memphis, Texas, Kansas, and the Carolinas.

For 12 years, our kitchen has focused on Quality Scratch Cooking crafted with a whole lotta love and old-school techniques, led by Executive Chef and Pitmaster Alex Rad. Taste perfectly smoked meats, and authentic southern sides paired with an abundant selection of Dark Spirits. Our locally sourced meats and seasonal produce bring the freshest ingredients to your plate. Been here many times and it's my favourite BBQ in town. It's perfect during the week when it's not too busy. The service is really good and everything tastes delicious. Love their cornbread and the ribs are to die for.

I booked a reservation for my husbands birthday because we love bbq and never make it into the city. We were so happy with the food. Everything came out hot, fresh, juicy and delicious. We got the platter for 2 and it definitely filled us and could have easily been split with 1-2 more of us. Probably the best meal we’ve ever dad at a restaurant. The mac n cheese and brussel sprouts were definitely the right choice for sides, both 10/10.

The food was great. One of the managers was our server and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Great recommendations. The ambiance was perfect for it. And the air conditioning was so nice during this heat wave! I wish they sold Lemonade (fresh squeezed would be the best!) But it was so nice even without it. Great experience, highly recommended

Food was 10/10 – perfectly cooked. But what truly set this place apart was the phenomenal service. This is the kind of place that makes you want to take the time to write a review...

Really enjoyed the food but thought the service was very slow. We were the only table on the bottom floor yet we waited roughly 30 min for our food to arrive. Servers were not that attentive. It's a shame because I actually really enjoyed the food.

One of my favourite spots in the city. Best BBQ for sure. The staff is always lovely and the food cannot be neat.

Went for my father's burthday. The service was outstanding. More than imagined. Food tasted better than expected. 5🌟 Good enviroment and perfect for the evening that we wanted. 100% recommend.
