Whereas traditional Tex-Mex uses a Santa Maria Grill, Tex-Que derives from our offset Smoker to cook all of our proteins and incorporate them into our inclusive menu. Smoky Rose offers all of the Texas staples from our top rated Brisket Queso, to our delicious smoked Brisket Tacos. We have it all - made fresh in our scratch kitchen. Smoky Rose is good. In East Dallas in the Fall like tonight, it’s incredible! First the Valets! They were buried. Lots of valets more drivers. I parked my car, gave them keys and name, they hunted me down on restaurant to give me my ticket. Check in seamless. Christina waitress, absolutely a gem. I last was here July 4, 2021. 100 plus. Food was good then, service too. But Lord have mercy it was hot And not near the size it is today . That tells you how successful this place is . We both had Carne Asada medium rare, and it was good. Both had the house margarita and it was good. We were going to a concert at flagpole Hill. So service was prompt, professional, courteous, and outstanding. With the volume of plates that these people put out in such a short period of time , The food was exactly like it should be reliable and delicious . The food is priced perfect for the area and, by the crowd size this evening people have no problem, affording the wonderful foodservice, and atmosphere this smoky rose provides ! Check out was perfect valet had my car and a short few moments and we went

Amazing girl's birthday dinner! Food, drinks and service were fantastic. Great live music and beautiful ambiance. Can't wait for a return visit.

2 hours to get food. Table beside us had their children running around with shirts off and pouring self-serve water all over everyone (including members at my table) and chasing each other with deer antlers. Probably on the parents but that’s the vibe you are getting when you come here. Be forewarned. I had my baby with me but there are limits to “family friendly”

Great service, great food, best ambiance you can find. Quiet at indoor tables and high bar tables. Live musician playing for patio and yard tables.

This is always a fun patio. The only issue is the valet and backed up to just get into the lot.

We love going to Smoky Rose! One of our favorite spots in all of Dallas. The food is amazing and for a great price. Only thing that is tough is the parking situations. Arrive early to your reservation to either get in the valet line or find a place to park. Other than that this place rocks!

Great food great service. We had a good table in the shade. But music from the speaker was too loud for 11am on a Sunday.
