Whereas traditional Tex-Mex uses a Santa Maria Grill, Tex-Que derives from our offset Smoker to cook all of our proteins and incorporate them into our inclusive menu. Smoky Rose offers all of the Texas staples from our top rated Brisket Queso, to our delicious smoked Brisket Tacos. We have it all - made fresh in our scratch kitchen. Bring your furry friends to our dog park and enjoy the beautiful weather at our patio with live music every weekend. Located right across from the Dallas Arboretum.

Outdoor space is beautiful. Parking is difficult - only one valet the night we dined there. We ended up parking at the Arboretum.

Celebrate my bday here, it was perfect! They were able to accommodate a table for 14 of us, I have a big family. The frozen blackberry drink was delish! The brisket queso appetizer was so good we ordered a second. I tried a little bit of everything and but my favorite was the shrimp and fish tacos. The brisket tacos were okay, the edges had a bit of a crunch. I think adding some of their reg bbq sauce or spicy bbq sauce would have made these bomb. The ribs were amazing and tender! And the rice and beans were really good too. They had live music, and the vibes were great family friendly, and the staff was great. Will definitely be coming back soon.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend for dinner before a concert. Super cute atmosphere and food was yummy. Loved that they offered valet and we were able to make reservation online. Enjoyed the drinks and appetizers. The deviled eggs and burnt ends were our favorite. The smoked turkey was tender and bbq sauce was very good. Would love to try more items next time.

My fish tacos which were very enjoyable but unfortunately my husband chose Chilaquiles which unfortunately he did NOT enjoy, he found the meal heavy and tasteless.

Awesome time with 20 friends. Esmeralda is amazing and kept everything straight. She treated all with professionalism. Dylan was greatly helpful. Love Smoky Rose!
