The Smokehouse is a renowned and critically acclaimed restaurant based in Islington serving smoked meat and BBQ.
We believe in our product and buy meat direct from the farm and butcher it on site, we receive our fish from small day boats from the south coast of England and only use the best produce available.
We serve a wide selection of great British and European beers/Ales as well as specialised wines bought only from family-run vineyards.

                                          We have a steak board on site which has a selection of dry aged rare breed cuts. We butcher our beef on site daily, providing you with the best British produce. All of our steaks are served with a choice of either Peppercorn Sauce, Bearnaise Sauce or Blue Cheese Sauce.

                                                          Staff rang the bell for last orders during dessert at 1015pm on a Friday night. Sad to see what was once a pretty good spot turn lifeless. Food was fine.

                                                          Took my wife here for a birthday meal, amazing food. Ordered a steak from the chalkboard. Everything about all three courses was superb! A definite hidden gem!

                                                          Glad I ate here with daughter and her friends sitting outside in the garden. Great food and service. I'll go again and my t-bone was delicious. This place sure ain't cheap though. More wine choice under £30 would have helped.

                                                          Attentive staff, nice atmosphere and food was beautiful. It was my partner's birthday and they bought her an ice cream with a candle at the end which was a nice touch!

                                                          Nice restaurant but we asked for a steak medium rare and it was cooked through. Waitress did eventually replace with a lower quality steak which was cooked rare but took a while to get to the resolution
