Had a reservation. Food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered. Kitchen equipment high pitched alarm (French fryer?) was going off 98% of the time we are there. Annoying sound that gets on your nerves after time. There was general high noise level. Constant moving of tables & chairs from one area to another. Our first time there. A chaotic experience, not a relaxing fun meal experience. They had 3 large groups - getting most attention from wait staff & kitchen. Food was good. Not sure we’ll try again…

The food was terrible. The ribs were dry and tough. The chicken was dry and tough. The burnt ends might as well been beef jerky bites. The sauce was separating while on the meat. Overall a bad experience with the food. Our waitress was lovely and very friendly and helpful. The waitress is what made the experience good.

Food is always great. Service was exceptional especially with a full house on Father’s Day.

We had reservations for 5:30 on Mother's Day. Despite the restaurant being very busy, we were seated immediately, and our order taken promptly. The service, food, and quality of the food were excellent, and we enjoyed our dinner very much.

Have been eating there since opening on north oak since 1987 it's or favorite by a Ling shot. glad they opened Independence it's closer to us now that we live in lees summit.

We took my daughter for her b day with a group of her friends. Wish they had platters for more than two but it worked out. Great food

Our sever was very courteous and attentive. All the food was really good and the potato skins were some of the best I’ve had in a long time!

Marcy was our server and she did a very good job. The food was great as usual. I had the salad/sandwich combo. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of potato salad.
