Nachos with pork were outstanding and too big for two. They alone could be a meal. The Dip sandwich was perfect and you could drink the au jus. We had to take the Barbacoa tacos home and they were really good the day after. Shiner Bock on tap. Atmosphere was great, service was helpful and timely.

Great establishment, we ordered the sampler board with a sample of all meat and 4 sides. Ribs were dry some of the meat was cold and some was salty and fatty. Ordered a cheeseburger burger came out with no cheese. I made reservations after seeing them on fox 5 for Father’s Day.

The food and our waitress were both good; however, the hostess was rude as he attempted to explain why we could not sit outside even with reservations and available open seating. He insisted that we eat inside until another employee came to the rescue on Father's Day after noticing 5 minutes of unclear communication. The other employee noticed outdoor seating was available and allowed us to our seats. For the duration of our meal, there continued to be at least 4 empty tables outside so I'm unsure what the issue was with us sitting outside. The hostess seemed more concerned about an inside waiter "making money" than the customer experience. I tip generously. Another option would have been to spread the customers between the wait staff as the inside was empty. This put a damper on the Father's Day celebration. We were so excited to visit the restaurant after seeing the chef and good-looking food on Fox 5 Note: The party before me without a reservation was seated outside with no problem.

To be honest, coming from the south, we should’ve have came into this restaurant with lower expectations. However, we were excited to try it. But the brisket was tough, dry, and bland. The ribs were similarly tough and flavorless. The Mac and cheese was average. The seasoned fries had no seasoning. However, we enjoyed the cornbread. But overall, we have gotten ten times better bbq for a fraction of a price out of a shack in Texas

We had a terrible experience. The restaurant was tired and empty. The manhattans we ordered took 20 minutes, and weren’t made properly. The nachos were ok but the deviled eggs were not. We didn’t stay for dinner.

This place has been reviewed highly and we weee so excited to try. The brisket & ribs are melt in your mouth and the Mac and cheese was southern, baked goodness. The baked beans were horrendous, ketchup tasting and their BBQ sauces tasted like ketchup which made me unable to eat the meat because I poured it on there. This is a firm 5/10.

My favorite part of eating at Smokecraft is the mashed sweet potatoes. They were sweet, delicious, and amazing, especially with the s’more marshmallow on top of them. I like the St. Louis ribs with the sweet BBQ sauce as well. They had an interesting Smokey flavor, which tastes like cherry wood. I would come back there for the ribs and the mashed sweet potatoes.
