Waited over 50 minutes for our dinner. The manager seemed unconcerned about this time frame, and the waitress was unfriendly. Other tables who were seated after us received food before we did, so I'm guessing our order had been lost in the shuffle? But service was extremely poor compared to Nibi, which is where we usually dine when visiting Firekeepers.

The meal was very good. The service from wait staff was not good. Never picked up dirty dishes.

No IPAs on beer list? No torch to smoke the featured drinks as described and in the name of the restaurant? Food was good and decently priced.

Food was good. However, the staff was not very customer oriented and dismissive. We ordered entrees that include 2 sides. They use and iPad for their menu. We scrolled over to the page where they displayed the sides we could choose from. The page does not display any pricing info, but since 2 sides were included we did not think twice about it. When we got the bill, I was charged $1 extra for one of my sides which was a side salad. We complained that the page displaying the sides had no pricing or any indication of an upcharge. She said if you click the item you will see a price of $6. We said what does that tell us? She said all the other sides are $5. So we were supposed to click all the sides to see the prices and then try to determine what the upcharge might be? They were dismissive (including the manager) and would not acknowledge how deceiving that was and would not offer to remove the $1.

The food and service were great. The only disappointment is our “smoking” cocktails were not served smoking.

I hate to say it but, the entire experience was far less than par. The server was kind but very inattentive. Never once asked if we wanted drink refills, even after we placed our empty glasses on the end of the table before we even received our appetizer. I ordered burnt ends as an appetizer and I am sure I got barbecue pot roast....very very disappointed!! My burger was hard and had a good tablespoon of straight grease on my plate after eating only 3 bites and stopped. The best part of the entire meal was the fries, and they were amazing!!! Other than that, horrible.
