We just went for our son’s birthday. He was looking forward to his favorite meal for his birthday. We had a 7:30 pm reservation. Apparently, they were in a rush to close, but did not mention this when we booked our table or sat down. Instead, they brought all our apps and entrees at the same time, they never cleared plates so we had no room to eat, then halfway through our meal, they brought to-go boxes and the check. Our waitress didn’t even do it. Someone else did. The food is very good. But, if I’m spending a lot of money on a meal, I’d like to be able to enjoy it. I would be less annoyed if they at least said they were closing early when we sat down, so we could have managed our expectations or chosen a new restaurant.

Had the wings for appetizer, brisket for entree with potato salad and coleslaw for sides. Drinks were good. Everything was tasty, service was great! I highly recommend popping in to check this place out. Parking was a bit challenging on a Tuesday at 6pm in August.

Fun place with great food, not fancy but definitely a crowd pleaser! The combo platter was generous enough for sharing and we'll return for the lazy man street corn. Even the kiddos loved it.

skip it - from parking being painful and expensive to food being just meh at best there are plenty of better restaraunts nearby such as the Moorings or Black Pearl or Imbroglios. Baked beans were inedible, brisket was fatty and overcooked, salad horrid, pretzels were too salty and for 3 people tab was 130 with just two beers

A bit overpriced for what it is. We had slow service, at one point we ordered drinks that never showed up. When we asked for the check our waitress realized the drinks were never sent over. By that time it was too late.

The waitstaff and especially our waitress was phenomenal. They were pleasant, friendly, and took a minute to chat with us. We ordered the fried pickles, and they came out a little more fried than we expected and when we asked if they could give us better ones, they didn't hesitate, and the manager not only redid that appetizer but took it off our bill now that is how a reputable restaurant and manager would react, and we appreciated it. Me wife ordered the brisket, and it was soo tender and juicy and the fries were crispy, and the mac and cheese tasty not dry. I ordered the lobster roll with fries, and it was the best lobster roll I have had in a very long time. We had 2 Sangria's for 2 and they definitely know how to make drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend Smoke House, and we will definitely be going back.
