Smoke BBQ + Bar is an intimate adult dining experience. Located in the heart of downtown & a 1-minute walk from Rogers Place. Offering a modern cocktail experience in a dimly lit setting. We feature Edmonton’s best house-smoked meats and signature sauces. Our brisket is made with AAA sterling silver beef. Everything is made fresh in-house.                                                                                   Food was not good. Ribs were chewy, not fall off the bone as you'd expect in a bbq restaurant. The brisket looked like sliced roast beef and did not taste good. The corn bread and desert were good but the meat was disappointing. No AC so it wasn't very comfortable on a hot day. Cocktails were good, service was good.

                                                                                  Apparently this specific day was not a good day for the staff as they were short handed. We waited a long time for our drinks and food. I think the meats menu should still come with other options for vegetables, salad or something for what they charge and how small.the portion of meat is.

                                                                                  Made reservation. Got there 3 min before waited for over 5 min at desk. Had to go to bar to get attention then they say sit where ever. Ordered ribs and brisket was maybe warm when served. Waitress asked how it was about 20 min after we were eating said ok and she just walked away. Best part was cornbread Muffin. 90$ for 2 with the min 18% tip. Not worth it at all.

                                                                                  The service was pretty terrible. We had to ask for Water, repeatedly Ask twice for Cutlery. The food, was well as for as BBq smoke house went pretty substandard. It has a pretty amazing location . And need to step up the quality and service .

                                                                                  Smoke is amazing, been a handful of times and everytime it’s Awesome, the staff is lovley and so friendly , we got the pleasure of getting to meet Alex this time. The food is amazing as are the drinks. Highly recommend to check this place out.

                                                                                  We eat here often before Oiler games but last night has made us second guess our routine. Time 430pm Food They were out of pulled pork. Yes, out of pulled pork. Smoke house out of something is horrible. Especially pull pork. Ribs were tough are chewy. Definitely not fall off the bone. Brisket was good. Brussel sprouts were good but they have cut back on proportion size. Usually the 2 of us get an order and share. This time the order was enough for one. Disappointing. When we asked about it we really did not get an answer. Server said “Not sure why”. Riblets were good. They never give enough sauce. You can buy extra for $2 per small portion. Pretty sure we are going to find somewhere else from now on. Server She was very good and attentive. Was her birthday and she was tipped well for her service. Hope she didn’t have to share with the kitchen staff as they deserved anything.
