Welcome to Smoke & Mirrors! We are a casual elegant social experience serving tapas style dishes envisioned to be shared. Our cocktail program features original craft recipes and modern twists on classics. Join us for a beautiful sunset view of our Nation's Capitol. We strongly encourage reservations as our walk-in space is limited as we operate on a two-hour table limit for reservations*

*Outside reservation requests are first come first serve and not guaranteed. Last seating is at 9 o'clock. After 9:15pm, we move to open seating with bar service. Parties of 12 or more will require a minimum spend.

My honest opinion the drinks were good but the food was subpar. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing…… but I did select a few things and it simply tasted like concession stand food at a high school sporting event.

We ordered drinks and food. After one hour we thought it took a while so we asked, but they didn’t catch the food-part in our order. We asked for white wine and got sparkling… The evening ended up with my wife in the bathroom with deadlock.

Every city we visit, we try to find a rooftop restaurant. Smoke & Mirrors was our choice this trip - and WOW, we had a great experience. Beautiful view of the US Capitol building. Great food, outstanding service. It was a cool evening but the multitude of heaters kept us warm. Definitely recommend.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we checked in for dinner and we’re greeted by the amazing staff. The hostess seated us outdoors, which happen to be a beautiful night with perfect weather. Tyler our server was amazing and attentive to us. He even took a sexy photo for my husband and I looking over the view of the Capitol building.

The service was terrible! The place and the view are perfect, but the service was unbelievable!

Nice view. Friendly, but not to helpful staff. Not pouring or opening the wine bottles. I expect more when going out and using these amounts of money. Probably OK for dinner with friends, not recommended for business dinner.

I took my boyfriend out for his birthday! We both really enjoyed the scenery. We had a outside seat and it was surprisingly very warm , there were big lights and fire pits. The service was great our server keep checking on us . I also really enjoyed the music and how lively it was.
