Welcome to Smoke & Mirrors! We are a casual elegant social experience serving tapas style dishes envisioned to be shared. Our cocktail program features original craft recipes and modern twists on classics. Join us for a beautiful sunset view of our Nation's Capitol. We strongly encourage reservations as our walk-in space is limited as we operate on a two-hour table limit for reservations*

*Outside reservation requests are first come first serve and not guaranteed. Last seating is at 9 o'clock. After 9:15pm, we move to open seating with bar service. Parties of 12 or more will require a minimum spend.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary, we checked in for dinner and we’re greeted by the amazing staff. The hostess seated us outdoors, which happen to be a beautiful night with perfect weather. Tyler our server was amazing and attentive to us. He even took a sexy photo for my husband and I looking over the view of the Capitol building.

The service was terrible! The place and the view are perfect, but the service was unbelievable!

Nice view. Friendly, but not to helpful staff. Not pouring or opening the wine bottles. I expect more when going out and using these amounts of money. Probably OK for dinner with friends, not recommended for business dinner.

I took my boyfriend out for his birthday! We both really enjoyed the scenery. We had a outside seat and it was surprisingly very warm , there were big lights and fire pits. The service was great our server keep checking on us . I also really enjoyed the music and how lively it was.

My server was thoughtful and attentive. He made great suggestions and was friendly. Nice atmosphere. Food and drinks were great.

My wife and I enjoyed, the rooftop resturant. The waiters were on point with the service. The food was hot. Yummm

Gathered here with friends to celebrate and our Waitress attended to us with patience and professionalism the entire time. The drinks and food were good, since it is after all bites mostly. Mixed drinks were on the heavier side with two cocktails coming in around $40 and we supplied the drink recipe to the bartender. The view of the Capital in the backdrop is perfect if you’re on the roof as we were. Heaters give it just the right temp to remain outside during the colder nights.

Establishment very well designed and decorated. Food and drinks were decent. Service is poor. Hostess very non chalant and took a while to seat my party even when everyone was there. I had to ask her again to be seated. Server had a not so pleasant disposition from the very beginning even scolding one of my guest. I guess she felt she did not need to be pleasant since she was ready guaranteed a 20% tip. She definitely did not deserve the almost $100 tip. Servers name was Tietta or Teitta. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday here and some of my guest wanted to check it out. Everything else was decent. The service greatly altered our experience.
