Smoke & Cedar will be among one of the country's leading steakhouses, dedicated to providing excellent guest service, fine libations, prime steaks and the best seafood the PNW has to offer. This one-of-a-kind restaurant in Washington commands 270-degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.

Smoke & Cedars menu is updated seasonally to best showcase ingredients collected by foragers from the farmers markets, regional farms, and other artisan purveyors. The soul of the restaurant quite literally extends through its decor to spectacular views, complimenting a menu that conveys the sentiment that quality procured ingredients-are better appreciated on a beautiful plate in an approachable but elegant setting.

Very lovely restaurant. It’s upscale, great food, ambience and drinks are really good. Have been there already 5 times or so and will be coming back.

The service was excellent, the food was amazing. The cost was high but seriously worth it. Overall outstanding and we will go back.

It was truly a dining experience from start to finish. Walked in to see the view of Mt Rainier, which was so perfect it looked like a picture (so go early to be able to see it before sunset) The piano player added ambiance, and a moody of fun, as we played named that tune at our table (really good musician!) Menu was intriguing, so many selections it took me a while to finally decide which one! Food was creative, beautifully presented on the plate and oh so Yummy! Since this was our 1st visit, we asked several questions and was warmly answered by management. the service was 1st class as we did not feel hurried (We were there for a birthday celebration) and wait staff were very attentive. Even had the bartender come to our table to help us choice our specialty cocktails! I am not waiting for a special occasion to go back!!

First time visit and went for my wife’s birthday. Everything was great, with good menu items, excellent service and lots of nice little touches along with a fantastic view even if this evening was cloudy and limited the sightseeing. Pricing seemed about on par with other higher end restaurants. Some nice cocktail selections which we both enjoyed.

We went to Smoke & Cedar to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. Because I noted the event with opentable on the reservation, the restaurant was ready for us. They had flower petals on the table and the maitre'd and hostess greeted us with a "Happy Anniversary". Our waiter was awesome and attentive and the other bussing staff came and removed plates as needed. Our view was incredible. If the weather wasn't so cloudy, we'd have a premier booth to view Mt. Rainier. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the jidori Chicken with Marsala sauce and my husband had the potato wrapped Halibut. We both had a wedge salad to start. Their BREAD was delicious and served as a pull apart style. We also received a complementary desert of their fried apples with dipping sauces. A really beautiful restaraunt!! We'll definitely be back to celebrate more special occasions.
