Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

Staff were so lovely and friendly, food was fantastic. A beautiful evening in their courtyard with great food. My partner and I loved it and would highly recommend!

We were recommended Smiths and it did not disappoint. Excellent food and very tasty . I did not expect the burger to be so huge and ordered potato tots too. Could not finish it. The service was also excellent with very attentive staff!

Amazing food. The portions for the tots and chicken sides were huge. Burger very very tasty. Good friendly service as well

Lovely staff they couldn't do enough to accomodate, beautiful setting, table by the window, best seats in the house. Food was amazing and great value. A great night.

We had a reservation for 3, were seated and it took a little time to order drinks. So we ordered everything at once because of hunger. Drinks came and were good, kind of a quiet place considering how many people were in the room. Food took a long time for burgers. Service apologized to us as they noticed and said take aways for the football match got ahead of ours. They did offer to compensate some money on the next round of drinks which we then ordered. Food came out in stages, burgers then fries a bit later. They may have been off their game but the food was delicious. We weren’t bothered and honestly if we were here longer would be eating another dinner there again! Great place in a super quaint town! Well done. The music played was fun and a little retro which we all liked and would have used it up a few notches to add to the fun!
