Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

Burgers were lovely tato tots were even better. The atmosphere and the decor was very nice. But unfortunately we did book and have to then wait a while to be seated, service was very slow and took to a while to come. From arriving to food coming out was just over an hour. But overall we were happy with the food just when it’s busy except to wait long that you may have planned

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The burgers were top notch and very juicy. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely food, friendly helpful staff and great place to relax to drink and eat. Burger there are delicious.

We had a lovely experience, we found the staff so friendly and helpful, which was a welcome change to other restaurants in the area who's staff could learn a lot from smiths. The food portions were brilliant value for money and the cocktails great too they definitely had alcohol in them You can tell the guys that work there take pride in what they're doing and what they're serving up to you.

I am a regular burger eater both at home and in restaurants. My burgers from Smiths was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had ! I ordered the blue cheese burger. It was amazing. Fully cooked but still incredibly moist. Fabulous place !
