Theo & Sebastian who are brothers, started Smiths in the middle of a pandemic! We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. We also use dry aged beef with a great fat content supplied by Aubrey Allen, which marries up with our strong, unique flavour combinations giving you the ultimate bite! We cant forget about or delightful buns, which are handmade daily by a wonderful local baker. All the flour used for our buns is made up of Cotswold flour sourced from local farmers.

We also pride ourselves on having a vibrant cocktail scene. All of our cocktails are bespoke to us and our syrups and flavourings are made in house!

The food quality was perfect, fresh and delicious. The presentation was excellent. It matched my high expectations! The menu catered for everyone’s taste. I would definitely come back and recommend visiting this place to anyone seeking tasteful burgers! Well done on your business idea! Abbie

Delicious burgers, lovely staff and nice ambience. Only observation is that could do with bigger sized plates to fit the food on properly!

Poor service overrated burger had to ask three times where our drinks were finally got them after our food was nearly finished then just got left

Unusually small plates for the burger, so was hard to add any chips, salad. Very tasty burgers. Service fine.

Burger excellent 👌 Unfortunately no salad so disappointed wife and daughter Chicken sliders nice but covered in cheese Chips COLD not a great experience we fancied cookie dough and guess what not available Sorry shall not return in a hurry
