This restaurant is one of my top list for years! Unfortunately, this last time was not a good experience in terms of Food. The waiter was great, asked how we liked the meat cooked and we said, medium to 3 people and medium rare to the 4th person. Even though, the meat came all well done, the bearnaise sauce was a liquid foam With no taste and the asparagus totally overcooked. My husband asked to change his meat but the rest of us decided to stick to the well done since we didn't want to wait more. Even the bread that comes always hot, fluffy and amazing.... this time was not fluffly nor tasty. It was a very different experience From all the other times we go there. I hope this last time was an exception that will not repeat ever. For Sure I will Go again to erase this last bad impression and I hope I can successfully forget this last time.

Nice place but too loud and the service people moved a little too slow. I will visit again and hopeful my experience will be better next time. Definitely worth giving them another chance.

We have been to this location several times. The waiter served my wife the wrong drink. He quickly replaced it. My Daughter ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. Unfortunately it was served without the grill check. They did not correct it until we all had finished your dinners. I think they were off there game. I will give them a 2nd chance but for the price we will go somewhere else. In there defense they did take the salad off the bill.

We were disappointed.Service was slow & inattentive,dull knife,dishes not cleared,table was dirty,steaks were good desserts were not.

Unfortunately, my review is somewhat mixed. The food was mostly delicious. The service was impacted by a large event occupying most of the staff to accommodate. In my opinion, a restaurant of this size (800 max cap) needs to have dedicated parking. Not a shared municipal parking with beach goers. Considering that, valet parking should be complimentary, not $15. The establishment looks like it is stuck in the 80s. Terrible decor, old, linens and towels that smell heavily of chemical cleaners. I’m glad that I can say I’ve been to Smith & Wollensky. I won’t however be returning to this restaurant location, ever.

Wifey and I were celebrating another anniversary with Smith & Wollensky as the reservation stated. Apparently no one else got the memo. Parking sucks, as always. Steak was the only thing good. No Wild Turkey for my wife's whiskey sour, and the waiter was Nonchalance and slow. SMH Don't think we'll be back.

We made a reservation at Smith & Wollensky to celebrate our first anniversary. We were seated at a table by the window with a view of the inlet and Fisher Island. The wait staff took our drink orders and brought these beautiful rolls and butter. We shared an order of Angry Shrimp and Caesar Salad while reading the menu. The shrimp (3) were jumbo and mildly spiced. Very tasty. Each of us could only eat one because we wanted to save room for our dinner. The salad was lightly tossed in Caesar dressing. Very refreshing. For the entree, I ordered the peppered ribeye steak, my date had the filet. The steaks were super tender, flavorful, and juicy. After we finished our meals, the staff brought a huge slice of layered chocolate cake that said "Happy Anniversary." What a lovely surprise. We had a great time - delicious food, a beautiful water view, and great service. This was the best anniversary celebration I ever had. Highly recommended.
