This is the second time we have eaten here. The food is superb but what I was most impressed by was the service. I had forgotten to mention my sensitivity/ intolerance to certain seasoning such as pepper. When I realised my steak had been seasoned with pepper, the staff could not of been kinder or more accommodating. They very quickly replaced the steak without seasoning to accommodate my dietary needs and not only that but brought out another portion of two sides which were on my plate I sent back. All was delicious! All at no additional cost. Furthermore, after leaving the restaurant we received an email from the manager wishing us a lovely evening at the theatre and to let us know they had made a note of my intolerances for next time I visit and to ask for a Cosmo drink on the house. Considering it was me who forgot to mention my intolerances in the first place, I could not of asked for a kinder and more understanding response. So impressed - thank you

Food very tasty, venue smart and good location. Staff friendly, although service was a little distant at times. For the standard of food the price was fair, everything cooked nicely and presented well.

I have been a regular customer for years, but after this most recent experience I am giving up on them. The meat is good. I was a huge fan of their Tuna Tartare, which is now off the menu. I have had issues with their service before, which I think has always been poor. As we sat down for lunch, the table needed to be moved so that our guest could sit down. In the process of doing this, the waiter knocked over our bottle of water and broke a glass. The waiter picked up a few pieces of glass. We needed to point that there were many more. We were moved and we were asked if we wanted another bottle of water. We had to point out that we thought that we deserved a replacement bottle. At the end of our disappointing meal, another waiter took away a plate that had quite clearly not been finished with. Our guest than felt like they had to say that they had finished. The restaurant was 90% empty, so it was very hard to understand why they were in such a rush. The restaurant is expensive, but normally I wouldn’t care too much about that. But, I have come to the conclusion that they are actually just rather surly and I think that they have lost their way as a restaurant. I suspect that I will be able to find good meat elsewhere at this price without the attitude

Amazing Experience as always went for bday dinner. Had the Tomahawk was absolutely delicious service was impeccable to the standard they always have.

We have enjoyed this restaurant a few times and it never fails. Amazing steaks, great service and atmosphere. 100% one of the best steak places in London

We complained that the mash was inedible as it was so salty but no apologies and still charged full amount.

Immediately greeted by friendly efficient staff and shown to table. Our waiter (Carlos) was a delight. Discreet, charming and attentive. Starters of Chilli and garlic prawns along with the scallops began a mouth watering meal. Mains were of course steaks (one a fillet the other a ribeye). Both cooked to perfection. Side dishes wonderful. All in all a marvellous evening which helped celebrate our 25th anniversary. Admittedly not cheap but came away very happy. Thank you.
