Our waiter was really great and food tasted great. We were seated next to the kitchen so my chair was bumped a few times from the food runners and a little noisy but otherwise great experience.

We went here to celebrate my sister and I’s birthday. It was 9 of us. Our waitress was Amy, we loved her. She always checked up on us and made sure everything was great. The staff and managers made us feel so welcome. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Great atmosphere, definitely will be back.

This was our 3rd time dinning at Smith and Wollenskys. It was wonderful! Our waitress was fantastic. Very nice, helpful with our questions and had some great suggestions. S&W makes the best lemon drop martini!! Great date spot!

Our evening at this restaurant was nothing short of magical, setting a new standard for impeccable service and culinary excellence. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like royalty. Sam, the GM, greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel like we were the most important guests of the night. He even mentioned that a special table had been selected just for us, which set the tone for the entire evening. Our server, Renata, was a delight—attentive without being intrusive, and clearly passionate about the menu. She took the time to walk us through her personal favorites, from cocktails to the extensive wine selection, adding an extra touch of personalization to our dining experience. If you’re a cocktail lover, don’t miss the Komos Violetta—it’s a must-try. Renata made sure we could relax, enjoy our drinks, and soak in the ambiance without feeling rushed, which was truly appreciated. We began our meal with the Grilled Bacon and Burrata—a combination that was simply divine. The creamy stracciatella in the burrata was incredibly fresh and indulgent. For our main course, we shared the Longbone Wagyu Tomahawk, accompanied by perfectly whipped mashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Every bite was exceptional, with Renata’s recommendation of Smith & Wollensky’s own Cabernet proving to be the perfect pairing. The rich, bold flavors of the wine elevated the entire meal. As full as we were, we couldn’t resist ending the night on a sweet note with their decadent chocolate cake, a dessert so good it’s hard to imagine leaving without trying it. Will we return? Without question. In fact, we’ve already booked our next reservation for our anniversary in December. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience where every detail is crafted to perfection, this is the place to be.

The food was good which was expected. The service was below poor. It took over 15 minutes for the waitress to come over to our table after we were seated and over twenty minutes just to get tap water, which a manager brought over after he realized our waitress disappeared. Waitress forgot one of our sides. We and other tables spoke to two different managers about the poor service. Manager had to take our dessert order as the waitress was no where to be found. No one offered to comp any of the meal.

Well the food was good. I got the prime rib which was good and my wife the filet. Both cooked perfectly but my wife’s was cold. Prime rib was great but the popovers it comes with were cold and not made to order. The popovers should be embarrassing to S&W. The bigger disappointment was being sat upstairs. Which is more of where they host private functions. I should have asked to move to the main restaurant. 4-5 parties after us came up and asked to move downstairs. Sitting up there was awkward, the space is not great and really ruined the experience. Service was very slow. We had to ask for bread. It took 20 minutes for a glass of wine. There was no one there to clear plates. It was just painful. It was our anniversary and overall felt like a waste of money
