Took my boss here for dinner last night. He was extremely looking forward to S&W and this would’ve been our first time. Food was great as expected service was horrible as expected. Server needs lots of training. Didn’t say hi or introduce herself, had some attidude, didn’t know how to present wine. When asked why she didn’t read the label her response was do you want me to read it. Very interesting service. Waited to see if management was going to touch our table so we can express our night. Never happen. Won’t be back.

Terrific. This is a special place and it’s easy access right off of 128. Great people who work here. I’ve had several dinners here including business meals and the service is perfection! The food and wine are fabulous. Ask for Boom she is terrific! So is the manager Sam.

We visited Smith and Wollensky as a group of 8 and truly had the best dining experience. The food was out of this world. Our server, Boom, made this experience incredibly memorable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor while being a professional. We loved her! Thank you for a wonderful night! We can’t wait to visit again.

Another perfect meal. It had been a while since we had been to Smith & Wollensky for lunch and I had forgotten how much I like the lunch menu. My wife and brother-in-law each had the burger with the truffle fries. The burgers were cooked to the perfect temperature. Medium for my wife and medium rare for my brother-in-law. The fries were hot and crispy. My sister-in-law had the chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. I had the tuna with the coconut fried rice. It was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We were happy to see the new fall menu so we also ordered the brussel sprouts, the roasted carrot salad and the burrata for the table. All were a hit. I thought I was going to miss the charred pineapple that used to accompany the burrata, but the tomato compote was delicious. What I really look forward to though is the service. We usually visit a couple of times per month and we always have a great visit. Today we were lucky to be sat with our favorite server, Boom. Boom is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She remembers us, our guests, and every little preference that we have. Boom makes every meal feel special. Thank you for another great meal.

Our waiter was really great and food tasted great. We were seated next to the kitchen so my chair was bumped a few times from the food runners and a little noisy but otherwise great experience.

We went here to celebrate my sister and I’s birthday. It was 9 of us. Our waitress was Amy, we loved her. She always checked up on us and made sure everything was great. The staff and managers made us feel so welcome. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Great atmosphere, definitely will be back.
