PA system was broken so we had a JBL speaker directly behind us. Service was ok but not at the level we’d expect and have experienced at other locations. Hope they figure out the equation soon because it was dead for a Thursday evening.

Had a fantastic meal! Our waitress was incredible, as well as all service. Meal was 10/10, and the quality of the steaks was outstanding. Great place for a special meal. Highly recommend!

I would never choose a steakhouse but sometimes you want to go to dinner with people that like steak. Steaks were good according to those that ordered them, but not a lot of choices besides huge steaks and fish. Portions were small for apps and sides and expensive for what they were. I would recommend a different steakhouse in the area over this one, which overall did not live up to the reputation.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Whole staff was very friendly and attentive. Brian the manager and David our waiter were great. Food was cooked to perfection.

We went for our daughter’s 10th birthday and everything was fantastic. They acknowledged her birthday right away and made her feel so special. They even had a card at the table for her. Our server, Sara, was the best. She gave great recommendations and checked in at the right times. Everything from the appetizers to the meals and dessert were cooked perfectly and delicious. We will be going back soon.

Just an absolutely horrible experience for any restaurant and especially a higher end establishment. I hosted a business lunch for 5 people. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant but us. A few patrons at the bar. 12:00 reservations and we left at 2:15 because the service was slow. Our waitress went MIA after each table visit which were 29 minutes apart. Drinks were empty through the meal. Bartender would make the drinks and they would sit. Were ordered apps which were delivered so late they came with the salads. By the time the $65 filets came, they were gray and cold from sitting under the lights for so long. Just a poorly run restaurant with zero sign of management. I went when they soft opened a year ago and it was similar. No excuse this time.

We visited Smith & Wollensky - Burlington to celebrate my nephew’s college graduation (1st time at this location). The server was very attentive, but I feel she might have been battling with the kitchen throughout the evening. I noticed that other tables were waiting excessively for their main course to arrive as were we (1 hour +/- after the appetizers had been cleared. She was very apologetic and offered (we accepted) to comp our desserts. When I asked about our order, she mentioned that the kitchen was short staffed that evening. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances. Our steaks were cooked adequately, but not to order. I suppose they were trying to catch up on their orders and rushed them out (medium well was cooked medium rare). Since it already had become a late dinner by this point, I had no intention of delaying our meals any further. Regardless, the food was good and we enjoyed each other’s company nonetheless. For reference, we arrived on time for a 7:15 reservation and didn’t complete dinner until 11:00. We were literally the last group (4 people in our party) to leave the restaurant just after 11:00. I will return to this location and give it another chance because I feel the effort was there but the execution faltered a bit. Every establishment deserves a second chance, but be mindful that your dinner evening out might take longer than anticipated.

Awful food. The steak was basic- nothing else on the plate but two sprigs of greens. Our appetizer scallops were cut in half. They took two scallops divided them in half and sold them as four. The sauce on the side was never served with them. My husband ordered their ‘wedge’ salad which was probably made the day before. We sat upstairs in hallway Honestly DO NOT BOTHER. It f’n terrible
