The staff, to include a very hospitable General Manager, were above and beyond what most respectable people would consider to be traditional, restaurant etiquette; to include a clean atmosphere, professional service, an eloquent presentation and quality products. Unfortunately, and certainly no fault of this venue, WOKE/DEI standards continue to discredit and undermine these practices, creating a sense of intimidation by a select minority who intentionally ignore rules ranging from respectable attire, loud and offensive language and trans expression.

The food and the service was excellent. I especially appreciate the house-made pasta - I had the vodka-crab-penne, they were excellent. We had a very nice evening. BUT I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CHARGED FOR USING A CREDIT CARD Given that this is not a cheap restaurant - $ 35 for Penne Vodka with some crabmeat e.g - but again, they were excellent - how other than a credit card are you supposed to pay a $ 230 bill , that's not the amount of cash one carries around. I'd rather pay 36 $ for the penne and not have to bother with cash or credit

Titan Hospitality has made a conscious decision to be as transparent and honest with our consumers as possible-while all restaurants have adjusted pricing to off-set this cost, most decided to increase their menu prices across the board by at least 5%. We felt that this was unethical to those patrons that chose to pay in cash; we feel strongly that we remain transparent in all that we do. Our experience started out with a delay but management was able to rectify the situation and it was a wonderful dining experience for my son's birthday. The drinks, the food, and service was amazing. And to top it off the desert was amazing. Recommended for family dining, friends gathering, just grabbing a drink at the bar, or simply sharing a dessert.

Our waitress Ryan was very slow and did not seem to pay attention. Our food took an hour to come to our table and the apology felt half hearted. We maintained a positive attitude throughout despite the poor service.

Our group of five experienced a 75-minute wait for our order, and unfortunately, each entree had some issues. However, our waitress was fantastic, and to make up for the trouble, the manager, Andy, offered us complimentary champagne and adjusted the bill. The portion of my meal that I enjoyed was delicious. The ambiance was beautiful, and the other staff was friendly and apologetic for our long wait and meal. I’m willing to give the restaurant another chance, as I believe this was just an isolated incident related to staffing.

The ambience was lovely. The appetizers were great but minute portions. The main dishes- branzini was bland, the pasta dishes tasted like canned food. We wanted to try the desserts but after a 35 minute wait for our waitress to get our orders, after a 30 minute wait for the dessert menu, we decided to leave. It’s a no return for me. I wanted Christmas Eve to be special, but I give this restaurant a miss!

Nice ambiance, good food, but it took us a long time to get appetizers and main course on what appeared to be a light day. Not recommended if you have limited time for lunch.

Poor and very slow service. Took almost an hour before our waitress took our food order. We waited a while for our drinks also. Seems like the waitress was overwhelmed. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday and I made it a point to mention this on 2 separate occasions but they did nothing for her. She didn’t even get an acknowledgment or free dessert. Won’t be returning.
