I love Smashng Grapes!! I love it even more since experiencing the amazing, professional, delightful service from Ayanna. She was outstanding in every way. She was timely, efficient, and suggested selections without being pushy. Moreover, she seemed to enjoy providing the best possible service. I will request her every time I visit Smashing Grapes.

Service was so slow, sat for a while before we could place orders and the duration of time between courses was lengthy too resulting in main courses that tasted like they were sitting out too long. We had the restaurant week menu, the appetizers were by far the best items and the main courses were disappointingly mediocre, the steak was tough and oversalted as were the fries. Desserts were mediocre as well. Although I indicated we were celebrating a special occasion there was no indication that they were aware. Unfortunately will not be returning.

We were there on a Saturday night celebrating a birthday. This restaurant does not have their act together yet even though they have been open for four months. Service was terrible. Took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks and there were only three ordered. And one was the wrong drink. Our food was just so so. That too took a while to get. Absolutely no plans on going back anytime soon

Overall the experience was good. One of the better restaurants we’ve been to in a long time. However, we can see what this restaurant wants to be and they’re not quite there yet. Everything was solid, but not elevated. Food was well cooked and balanced. I don’t want to say the dishes were saved by the sauces, but the sauces kept the dishes from being average. Compliments to the sauté chef! Drinks were well made (no complaints), but nothing stood out either. My husband had the Old Fashion and the Port Manhattan. I had the Somm’s Pick (all 3 wines were delicious and worth the price). Ambience was great. Not too trendy. Not too loud. Service was attentive, but lacking in the little details. For instance, I mentioned that it was our anniversary when I booked the reservation. No one acknowledged it while we were there. Wasn’t expecting anything free. A simple “Happy Anniversary” would have sufficed. I would have also liked the option of fresh cracked pepper. These two little details would have elevated the experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely go back at some point. It’s a great date night restaurant, but not somewhere I’d go to celebrate a special occasion.

Beautiful restaurant. Apps came out super fast but the rest of the meal was slow. Also we were told it was restaurant week so ordered off that menu when bill came we were changed full price for everything.

Location, ambiance, vibes, 10/10! From the front of the house staff, our waitress and management that came to check on us - the service was top tier. We ordered the Buffalo cauliflower (sooo good!) hummus duo, white pizza, lobster bisque (excellent!!) and steak frites. My friend loved their drink and I enjoyed the sparkling water. There was no wait to be seated, and everything came out in great time. We will definitely return for dinner to hear the live music or brunch. Very cute for a girls date, date night, business meeting!

We had a great dinner at Smashing Grapes. The food was excellent and Ally and Logan provided some wonderful recommendations! Service was top notch and we had a lovely time sitting on the patio.
