Excellent food in a beautiful, calm atmosphere. Andrew was, bar none, THE BEST WAITER I have ever enountered. He deserves a HUGE raise. People remember that kind of customer service is extremely rare. Thank you, Andrew for a fantastic experience!!! We shall be back!!

Before we retired and moved away from Unionville, Smash was our first choice for dining. Whenever we are back visiting in the Markham area, we make it a point to drop in. Jason is always so welcoming, the food continues to be excellent… we feel like we are ‘back home’ PS our server was delightful and made a point of introducing her assistant/‘server in training’ when we first arrived. It’s a very good sign of a good restaurant when they make a point of investing in server training.

The food came out quickly and hot (my pet peeve is luke warm food) and tasted amazing. Every server was attentive and professionally kind.

I have been to Smash several times . Always had great food and a great dining experience. Yesterday my friend and I went for lunch. We ordered and waited an hour for our food to arrive. The restaurant was not that busy so I am not sure why this happened. Food was good when it finally did arrive however my friend had to leave for an appointment so we took some of our lunch to go.

Unfortunately the bone marrow that was part of a meal was not cooked. After bringing it to the attention of the wait staff it was replaced with one cooked properly. Water on the table was removed before asking if we still wanted it. One confusing thing was that one server told us that she would be looking after us along with another young lady who was there but oddly a man approached our table who appeared to be in street clothes, after we had our drinks, didn't introduce himself and asked us for our dinner selection. I've been to this restaurant about 6 times but I'm not sure if I'll return.

You have to go here. Just found this little gem. I’m a tough critic. From the minute we walked in I was impressed. Thank you for restoring my faith in the restaurant industry. The food, amazing. The atmosphere, wonderful. The price, great. The service was absolutely phenomenal! I wish I took a picture but we couldn’t wait to try our meals. It’s been years since I’ve had an experience like this. Special thank you to Divyaa for taking care of us. Will most definitely be visiting more often. Keep up the great job. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars.
