Food and ambience was nice, however the booth we were sitting at was not meant for plus size people. The table was right at my stomach to the point it was digging in and the bench was too narrow that my legs hurt after a while.

Service was very slow. Bacon was very over cooked. Eggs Benedict was not to our liking. When advised waiter about bacon she didn’t even Apologize.

Staff is great! Food was just okay. They remove everything off the menu everytime I go back more is gone. Kept prices the same yet removed the side from most options. Classic eggs benny is gone & the sauce is spicy which I’m sure is great for some but they need to note it. I wouldn’t have gotten it if I knew & the bread was dry. Sometimes keeping some “simple” items is best as not everyone wants brisket for breakfast

Please never hesitate to let us know if you are unhappy with anything while you are dining with us so we can rectify it in person. We can certainly offer an alternative bread or even a hollandaise without any added tabasco. We hope you will give us another try in the near future or perhaps join us for lunch/dinner instead!

Our experience was nothing outstanding, the staff were really, not engaged, they look tired, and unamused. It was almost as if they were unaware that there were guests sitting around them having dinner, quite odd. This was made evident to me by one of your staff members behind the bar, sticking her finger in her eye, and then continuing to touch items behind the bar, completely unaware of the misstep. Bar service was dreadfully slow. It was our first time here and honestly, when I initially saw the menu, I thought, there’s some potential. The food was OK, the desserts were fabulous. I feel like in a year or so Smash Bar will probably have a better service in place; let’s hope so because there’s a lot of competition out there.

They had a party they clearly weren't prepared for and it made it difficult for the servers to keep up with the tables. We waited an hour and 20 mins just to get our dinner that ended up being lule warm. Almost 2 hours after making a reservation for 7:00. An overall terrible experience

Hi Antonella, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear you did not have a wonderful experience with us. We can assure you this is not a typical experience with us. We were indeed prepared for the party we had that evening based on staffing levels, unfortunately we did have multiple call ins that directly impacted our kitchen. Although they were working as hard as they could, it was a challenging evening for them with many new trainees. We will be sure to pass along the feedback in order for our team to further improve. We hope you will give us another chance for a more positive experience in the future.
