The service was great. A lovely warm welcome. We took a seat and A team member, Natalie served us. She was so happy and funny . Both food and the drinks where great and finally somewhere with some standards. Great music to sing along to. I would definitely recommend!

Good polite service. Food took about 25 minutes from ordering on app. Drinks came quickly enough. Sanitised tables when cleared away

Terrible food. Terrible service. Absolutely shocking customer service from the staff especially the young girl with the tattoos on her face. Will not returning

No obvious place to book in on arrival as we had booked a table in advance. Music was deafening. Only two waiters working - one said they were short-staffed due to sickness absence. No service, waited a long time then ordered through the app. Waiter then confirmed would be quicker than ordering with him. Cocktails tasteless - spent £20 on cocktails and extra on beer. Cocktails all ice. Poor value Food portions small Poor experience. Worst experience we have had and have been to many S&L restaurants throughout the country. Will not go again.
