Derived from the nickname given to Amberjack who don’t have any teeth, Slick Lips is a family-friendly seafood and oyster bar nestled in the picturesque Baytowne Wharf. With a key concentration on fresh ingredients, locally caught fish, and an assortment of fresh oysters, prepare to be hooked on this prime dining spot! Slick Lips is now officially OPEN!

Slick Lips Seafood & Oyster House is in Baytowne Wharf – so spread the word! Property owners and guests of the Sandestin resort are already loyal regulars here. Turn north off Hwy 98 and the guard gate will issue you a pass. Once inside, follow the signs to Baytowne Wharf. We are located down the main strip heading towards the harbor. See you soon!

Not a great experience last night. Server was nice, but slow to respond. I had to ask for drink refills, clear the table, etc. Entree was dry and overcooks(mahi mahi blackened) calamari was undercooked. Would not return.

We thought the food was very good. Service was excellent however, the restaurant was a little difficult to find you have to go one more street and make a left in order to find the parking lot than the GPS then there’s a small walk. It was worth the trouble.

Great waitress. Professional and friendly. Attentive to our needs. She provided great recommendations for the restaurant and for area activities. My magi mahi was delicious, as was my husband’s gumbo. The oysters on half shell were so fresh and tasty. I would definitely go back.

Service was great. Food was excellent. We had raw oysters, calamari, and fried pickles for appetizers. We had a mix of food including fried fish, shrimp, and oysters, plus blackened shrimp - all very good. Plus the hush puppies were delicious. Will definitely go back not because the food and service is good, but because they take reservations.

The starters of chargrilled garlic and parmesan oysters and the calamari were both very tasty. The crab crusted grouper was done perfectly. The seafood pasta was disappointing. The menu said it would be shrimp and scallops but only shrimp were included on the plate. The sauce was fairly bland and uninspiring.

Great food and service but loud due to the kitchen being open. A little hard to hear other members of your group.

The staff were wonderful, making sure our outdoor seating was warm enough for my MIL and they were also super helpful to her picking something suitable off the menu. The smoked Tuna dip was very tasty served with specialty crackers. Fried oyster basket and Cajun pasta were both excellent. The fish tacos were good blackened and the salsa and slaw were great. Nice outdoor seating to watch what's going on.

We had a great New Year’s dinner. Perfect place with fantastic view of the fireworks, our waitress Jackey was great!
