One of the best cocktail bar in Toronto. Nick really put lots of effort to make every cocktail unique and complex in flavor profile

Definitely one of the best cocktail bars in Toronto! Eric and the slice team are amazing at what they do and it clearly shows in the service, food, and drinks. Slice has created a menu that will have something for everyone. It’s impossible to make a wrong decision because every single item on the menu is incredible!

Amazing service, cocktails are such good bang for the buck. The quality of ingredients and the alcohol for each cocktail is mind blowing for the area. The recipes for the cocktails are definitely interesting; a great mix of sweet and savory. Arguably one of Torontos best cocktail bars. The Jerry cocktail is basically it’s own dessert dish.

Best bar in Toronto, one of a kind, unique, you might think it’s Asian inspired, but that not the whole story. It is the rise of College street in a nutshell.

Every cocktail was absolutely amazing, especially the melon cream soda, apple maisonneuve, and the Jerry martini! The ambience and interior were also great with an instaworthy mirror light hall great for taking pics in front of ☺️

Went for the soft opening, few of the menu items were limited so could not try the food yet, but am excited to try it when available. With that said, the drinks were phenomenal. SoL puts a lot of effort into the intricacies of the drink; each garnish makes sense. The cocktails are imaginative and pushes boundaries on what you’d expect to make a cocktail. Miso, truffle, soy, Parmesan, chili, ingredients you wouldn’t expect in Cocktails but make an excellent addition. The cocktail prices were a steal for the quality and effort that goes into each cocktail; especially considering most bars charge 20 bucks for an average old fashioned with bar rail whiskey. Definitely an experience worth trying. The lit up mirror entrance was a nice addition, could see it being a popular Instagram post.
