    Skylon's New Year's Eve celebration features an unbeatable view of River Thames , a live band, a DJ and a 5-course menu . Enjoy a 5-course menu for £375 per person. The menu is designed to keep you fed and entertained from 6:30pm right through to the midnight, as you see out 2024 we will have live band. Please note this is the only menu available, We require a credit card to secure all reservations: In the instance of a no-show or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the card will be charged a late cancellation fee of £50 per person. Minors under 12 are not allowed for the evening. Kids menu £175pp. Guests must arrive before 8pm in line with South Bank Centre security protocol.

    We were looked after incredibly well by the staff - one small incident with one of the courses was dealt with professionally, kindly and extremely efficiently. The food was otherwise high class (the Wellington was fabulous!) and the nice surprises for my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary added a special personal touch to a lovely evening. We’ll certainly do this again! Thank you to the chef and staff.

    Food was really average, a bit like canteen food. It was Christmas Day but for £125 a head I would have expected something a bit better than what we received.

    I do not recommend this restaurant. The food is pretty average, the service is pedantic, and the ambience is quite dull. I went with my wife and daughter (20 months) on Christmas day. The only available access required us to walk up several stairs, which is challenging with a stroller and baby things. I went up in advance to see if they could help, but of course they couldn't. They charged the kids' menu price for my 20-month-old infant, which is fine; I get it; they need the money. What I don't get is that they served her the same adult portions they served us, which obviously is a waste of food. The turkey was dry as sand and tasteless; however, their Wellington and pumpkin soup were a bit above average.

    Christmas Dinner while visiting London. We had a great waitress! The Christmas dinner experience was very nice. The food was excellent.

    Wonderful location with fantastic views and a relaxing ambience combined with a delicious menu make this an excellent place to eat out. Can’t wait to come back!

    We enjoyed a very relaxed lunch. The staff were extremely attentive and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The food was, as always very good. I requested a table by the window because it was a special lunch with my cousin and my request was granted.

    Not been here for quite a while and we had high expectations. Apart from the most lovely French waitress, it was very mediocre. Much of the food on the Sunday brunch menu had run out, when it arrived it was tepid. The banquettes were stained and grubby. Too many spilt drinks and children’s shoes had been on them. On the whole, it was tired. Could do with a massive overhaul, so sad when it has such a great view but that’s the only thing going for it at the moment.
