    There was a mouse (!!) running around the restaurant floor during dinner! And once we made the staff aware, not only they fail to resolve the situation amicably, but wanted us to quietly pay the bill and leave 'so that we do not disturb other guests'! Disgraceful for a restaurant that prises itself as a high dining experience with excellent service. Booked it originally based on good reviews and prior positive experience. Never again.

    Food was nice and waiter was lovely and attentive but we were a little disappointed by the venue. Not what we expected A little run down and feels like a community centre Toilets in the centre too and not luxury at all , very different to usual d&d standards

    The view is amazing. The food is a little over priced but very good. The initial service was great but when we wanted some parmesan cheese for our pasta and a couple of extra glasses of wine it too so long to come we were kind of past wanting them. But I have been here before and it was always good so I think they were just having a bad night.

    A lovely place to sit and catch up with friends but food very underwhelming. Smoked salmon starter was not well balanced. Main course of cod was over cooked though just tasty and made the dish edible. Side dish of green vegetables also overcooked. Such a shame the food isn’t better as it’s a beautiful restaurant.

    The view was beautiful and the restaurant was lovely but the service was sadly lacking. One of our party had a nut allergy and asked the waitress to confirm if somme of the dishes contained nuts, but they had to be reminded twice before coming back. Drinks were very slow to be delivered, and overall service was very slow.

    Nice setting and service. Very poor starters (grilled courgette and in particular the prawn cocktail!)

    Good value Sunday set course menu, very tasty. I had the roast beef and my dining partner had the chicken; both were beautifully cooked and tasty. Great views from the window table across the Thames. Staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant is light and airy with a high ceiling and large window overlooking the river; sound was slightly echo-ey but that's probably an inevitable function of this 1950s design.

    The service really is the best in town, impeccable. The food is beautifully presented, high quality and delicious. Ambience is perfect. Highly recommend. Outstanding.

    This used to be a reasonably priced restaurant in an excellent location with a varied and interesting menu. Not any more. Caesar salad - three chunks of lettuce, a bit of parmessan and lousy bought in croutons for nearly£20???? Sole off the menu but being told that the substitute - skate wings - is very similar. Nonsense! And a little cup of fries for nearly £6, silly prices.
