    I recently enjoyed brunch with my fiancé at Jean-Georges in The Four Seasons Philadelphia. Having lived nearby, we've visited for dinner and drinks before, but this was our first brunch experience as we're selecting a venue for our post-wedding celebration. Our server Joey provided exceptional service that truly stood out. His genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made our experience memorable. We indulged in multiple courses, including champagne and caviar, while enjoying rare quality time together in an elegant setting. Travis, our host, was incredibly kind and sweet, greeting us warmly and making us feel special from the moment we arrived. His welcoming presence, combined with Joey's outstanding service, created a seamless experience from start to finish. In today's hospitality landscape where outstanding service can be inconsistent, the team at Jean-Georges exemplified the refined dining experience that makes special occasions truly remarkable. This experience confirmed Jean-Georges as our wedding brunch venue. Their commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail created exactly the atmosphere we hope to share with our wedding guests. Highly recommended for any special occasion!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Service was slower than expected. Food came out late. Other than that everything was amazing! The view is stunning! Environment was perfect!

    Terrible. Do not go. Arrogance is appalling. 40 dollars for sprite as per ur life ordered refills. . Rude hostess. Did not honor reservation.instructions which was made in advance. 500 dollars meal for 3 yet leaving the place hungry. Never ever stepping back in. I know my opinion will not matter as you got all of these people who think they are high class society dealing over each other. Really bad experience all around.

    The food was really great and views are the most stunning in the city. But boy was the service slow… mostly lovely people but very strange reasons were given for the delay which made us feel uncomfortable. But truly the most beautiful spot in Philly.

    Only cold food due to kitchen issue which I was notified about 2 1/2 hours before reservation. Since it was a birthday celebration the location was important so we went and tuna tartare as usual was excellent as was the trout sushi and calamari. Only 2 entrees offered, one being a head of cauliflower (ugh). Service was VERY slow even though it was not that busy.
