    The service was excellent. Our server Alicia was attentive, professional and we enjoyed all her recommendations. The buratta was enlivened by the herb and chili accompaniment and the house made whole wheat sourdough bread was outstanding. The salmon was perfectly cooked and well complemented by the fennel and mashed potatoes. The flavorful rigatoni and meatballs had a smoky red sauce. Our disappointments included the following: we had requested a table on the perimeter so we could enjoy the amazing view but the host was not aware of the request and could not accommodate us. In addition we were seated at a table across from a window whose shade could not be lowered so we had blinding midday sun in our eyes for most of the meal. It seems odd that a venue at this level could not fix this issue or adjust our seating so we would be more comfortable. While we enjoyed the food we were also did not experience the level of culinary inventiveness that we expected from a Jean-George restaurant.

    Amazing views & excellent service! The food was ok & expensive but you’re paying for the experience. Even the elevator ride was cool

    Went for the Sunday brunch with kids. The view and the ambiance cannot be beat. Food was fantastic and the brunch dessert bar was incredible. Well worth the trip. However, we had an 11:30 reservation and the coat check/ concierge guy kept telling us the restaurant wasn’t ready for us yet. After 20 minutes I finally walked down to the bottom of the steps where the restaurant was and the hostess said they had been waiting for us. This was seriously annoying as we had 3 kids and a full agenda for the afternoon. Once we were seated the experience was great. The restaurant should have better communication between its staff. In hindsight, I don’t think the coat check guy even spoke to the restaurant.

    This by far was the best restaurant I have Ever been too. The service was absolutely amazing ! The attentiveness , food was good! There was no wait . It was worth every penny.

    The Kale Salad and cocktails were remaining. Unfortunately, our service wasn’t that great. Our reservation was at 12:30pm we showed up at 12:25pm. We were seated right away but didn’t get drinks until almost an hour later. It was even longer for the food. Beautiful restaurant and great food. I would return hopefully the service will be better.

    Beautiful presentation of delicious food, a wonderful experience overall. A bit pricey, but a nice splurge that we all need to give ourselves sometimes.

    Sally high is a family friendly venue with breathtaking views and great service. We enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the service and positive attitudes and atmosphere provided by the staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
