    Not any good options for vegetarians/vegans. The cauliflower thing was worst, a whole cauliflower roasted with tahini sauce, not worth $22. Very small and hard pizza for$16, with only cheese and two basil leaves. Ordered pasta without meatballs however they charged meatballs $34 for small plate of pasta with only marinara sauce, not worth it. Ambiance was amazing. 1 extra star for ambiance only.

    Excellent service and experience, staff if tremendous and professional. Drinks are fantastic. Menu selection needs to be more, very limited struggled to select a meal. Will be back! Highly recommend for the views and ambiance fantastic scenery.

    My wife and I were there for cocktails before dinner and were celebrating our anniversary. The drinks were creative, refreshing and delicious. So was the calamari my wife convinced me to get. Our server, Dyung, was very very personable and conversational. She made our visit special. Also, my wife was suffering from hay fever and next thing we knew the concierge was at our table with a solution. Five STARS…for sure!

    I surprised my boyfriend with a last minute date and regret selecting this place. We waited 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated but that was fine because the receptionist was trying her best to get us seating by the window since it was our anniversary and she did. We appreciated that very much. Once we were seated, our server came by to take our orders for drinks and we ordered some appetizers as well. She came back to give us our drinks and asked if we wanted to put in an order for entrees and we decided we were fine with just appetizers and drinks. Once we expressed that with her, all attention to us went out the door. She probably checked on us once after that and when we were ready to order our 2nd cocktail of the night, we had to place our order with a different waitress because ours was nowhere to be found. She never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted anything, not even dessert, water, or any other drink. Overall the service was terrible, food was OK not great for the price value. Cocktails not even close enough to be good and worth, we have tried many many places around the area for cocktails and TRUST ME there’s so many better options, quality and prices, I understand this is a “fine and restaurant” and prices aren’t really the problem the issue is that they are not providing a “fine restaurant” experience starting with a terrible service and quality. At the end of the night we approached to the service and told her that we were trying to order something else long time ago but she never came to check on us. She hardly “apologized” with a not genuine polite way. She was rude and entitled. This is totally unacceptable. I can say this is the very few times I had such a bad experience in a restaurant here in Philly. If you’re looking to enjoy cocktails have a good experience and service this is not the right place.

    Ambience is amazing. However, having been here multiple times, the service & food has gone downhill. My husband & I waited way too long for our pizza while a group of 4 ladies sat down a good 45 minutes after us and received their entrees before us. Ours was served barely warm. Granted our waitress gave us complimentary glasses of champagne without us complaining of anything, it didn't off set the fact that each item we ordered took an extraordinary amount of time to come out. We were celebrating our 29th Anniversary and so the staff was kind, and we appreciated them bringing us a complimentary scoop of ice cream as well at the end, but they obviously knew overall the night was INCREDIBLY LACKING in service for the prices charged there. (Ie - 1 avg size waygu cheesesteak spring roll $16) I've always had great experiences at Four Seasons, which is why we always go back, but now, if we come back, it would be perhaps for a drink at best.

    I got my breakfast birthday on June 25th. It was very warm welcoming by Hostess ANA, then KEVIN took care of our breakfast. He is so kind full of smile, and execute the service very well. He even made a surprise by the birthday chocolate croissant, and I liked it. The food is just so delicious 🤤. The drink omg KEVIN he suggested me to take green juice, it’s so refreshing drink I loved it. The city view of Philadelphia was made my breakfast so perfect. Thank you for all moments you gave me on my Birthday guys. Especially Ana and KEVIN.
