There are not too many times that I would leave a review, however this experience was worth mentioning. We were very excited to visit and see the results of the “new” sky room after major renovations. It did not disappoint (other than it was raining and having a coat closet would have been nice). From our check in to our pre dinner drinks at the bar, the staff were amazing!! The bartender Jenna not only made great drinks, she counseled us on the types of liquor and even provided a small sample of a drink we considered. Our server, Clairissa was fun, helpful and competent. What was amazing was the manager, Courtney came over to apologize for an error in the kitchen which delayed our lamb dinner. We mentioned to Clairissa that she has stopped by and she immediately owned the error and apologized. What a wonderful work environment where people can make mistake, not be ratted out by mgmt and feel safe to accept responsibility to the customer. It was not necessary but we appreciated the over the top accommodations for the delay. Thank you John Molina for creating as master piece of a business and building as as topping it off with an amazing team of professionals. You made my birthday a wonderful celebration! Celebrated our anniversary there. Food was delicious. The duck liver parfait - wow! Service was impeccable.

From the minute the valet opened our car doors we were greeted with kindness. The hostess was prompt at seating us and our table had an amazing view. Our server was attentive and we never felt rushed. Overall our server was amazing. He was very polite and looked like he loved his job. My husband and I shared the Wagyu Beef Wellington and it was definitely worth the wait. It was cooked perfectly and we paired it with creamed spinach which also was delicious. We ended the night up at the sky bar where we took in more breathtaking views.

Always a treat to dine at Skyroom with clients, friends as well as family . Special occasions deserve a wonderful setting and Skyroom is it.

The newly renovated Fairmont Breakers is stunning from lobby to roof! The decor is giving Great Gatsby vibes with gorgeous architectural details and luxurious decor everywhere you look. The designers really nailed the elegant interiors and give you a sense of old world style mixed with modern moments. Catch the sunset up at Halo’s rooftop with a cocktail and a view of Long Beach’s iconic port before heading down to dinner reservations at the Sky Room. Each course we had was delicious and it was refreshing to find unique options on the menu such as (the chef’s special) potato custard with caviar, and Baked Alaska for our birthday dessert. Their beet salad is to die for and also uniquely made - it is a must to try. Beef Wellington is a treat to see as an option and I’d order that next time with a bigger party as it’s meant to be shared with others. The trout was exquisite and we enjoyed the crispy skin with mushrooms and parsnips “hash browns” laid on top of a brown butter sauce. Divine. The table side experience of apple streusel set ablaze with fire was the perfect dramatic ending to our special birthday celebration for my best friend. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an amazing night out!

Our first experience at the renovated Sky Room was fantastic! The food was amazing, especially the bananas foster made at the table. Our waiter was amazing and served our every need. Thank you for an extra special evening.
