Server Jessica was friendly and attentive. She was helpful in checking with the chef on allergy friendly options and making sure to walk us through what we could safely eat (shellfiah allergy, gluten free). We shared the beetroot salad, while Mary's chicken, delicata squash and tableside bananas foster. We also had a glass of wine each - not a cheap night out (total bill was $178 before tip). All the food was delicious. The salad seemed small to share, but we were totally full by the time we left (too full). Two remaining pieces of chicken were boxed up. The water glasses were always full and staff was well trained. We were the first table seated for dinner when they opened. It was a beautiful way to spend NYE. Valet parking was $10 for 4 hours (no validation needed). The noise from the bar was starting to pick up when we were leaving. It was nice to be back in the new version of this space and experience the new Fairmont. We'll be coming back. Suggestion to Fairmont - add allergy friendly information to menu online. It would be very helpful when trying to plan and knowing whether or not I can eat anything there.

Great to have the Sky Room back. Completely remodeled. Food was great service was amazing my water cup was always filled. The server was checking in on us at the right times. Food claws delicious portions aren’t generous but satisfied our appetite. Great experience nostalgic feel, the whole experience was great. Will definitely be going back soon.

Beautiful Anniversary Dinner! We had a wonderful return to the restaurant since it’s reopened. The courses and cocktails were delicious. We can’t wait to have many more date nights there.

A different but beautiful Sky Room than the previous one. Miss the nostalgic nod to the 40’s dancing and music but it evokes a new vibrancy and stellar menu and service. The sea urchin toast and fish crudo were amazing but the Wagu Wellington is the star and was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately it could use some noise dampening devices as it gets quite loud as the evening progresses; however, it’s a lovely place to spend a special evening.

We were helped by David at the Skyroom and the fact that he read my note in my reservation indicating I had my wedding reception 12 years ago tells me they pay attention to details. I loved the elegant ambiance and the food was delicious and beautifully served. Well done Skyroom! Bravo! We will return many times I’m sure. Thank you for a memorable dining experience. The Sky Room and view are just beautiful—even With fog rolling in and out. The service was very good. My only other comment is that the food came out very slowly. There were long wait times between appetizers, main meal and dessert.

Go for atmosphere n service coz food just ok. Apppetizer disappointing, I had Duck good compared to what others had (Lobster, John Dorey)for main. I recommend Visit SkyBar on roof b4 or after!

Three of us had the Hangar Steak. Tender and great flavor. One had the Cod and he loved it , Our waiter was the best. Great night. Started off at the 1st floor lounge before dinner and then a night cap on the rooftop afterwards.

I miss the art deco charm of the "old" Sky Room, Big Band and dancing. The noise level was very LOUD for fine dinning, more like a bar. On the plus side the sevice was top notch (David) and my mustard crusted lamb made me FOOD DANCE, something the previous Sky Room never did, not once, in all the years. So while the ambience is less than it was, the view is still unbeatable and now the food is too!!! Worth every penny. Go. The Sky Room is back!
