Treat yourself to a sky-high brunch like no other. Take in the breathtaking views of London, whilst indulging in a selection of delicious a la carte dishes, followed by a sumptuous buffet featuring premium British & European cheeses and condiments, as well as homemade mini desserts, cakes, and a luxurious chocolate fountain. Will be visiting to offer cooking displays etc. Your table will be booked for 2 hours. For larger bookings please contact us on +44 20 7234 800. • Available every Sunday from 10th March 2024. • Set menu choose from starter and mains, followed by a cheese selection and dessert buffet. • Includes a glass of Champagne per person No shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of £40 per person.

Great food and great service. We had a lovely afternoon and really appreciated the birthday dessert for my daughter. We would definitely return again.

Disappointing.We wanted to have a special cocktail in a special place prior to our sister getting married but were very disappointed. The 10/10 cocktail was delicious but no frills - no garnish, drama or style and it cost £25!!! We were then told we’d have to order something else as it was minimum spend of £30 per person (which I was aware of so didn’t need to be reminded of as if we were paupers)! The truth of the matter was we didn’t want another drink there as hadn’t been made to feel that welcome. We asked for a bottle of rose but were told the one we’d selected wasn’t in stock - she didn’t suggest an alternative. I asked about another wine and a lovely waiter gave us a taste of it and we purchased that instead. Despite her being scruffily dressed the main waitress appeared to look down on us. We were dressed stylishly and appropriately and are professionals who work very hard Mon-Fri. Although we earn respectable incomes, it is not a case of “money is no object” for us so we wanted value for money in the form of a special experience in a special place for a treat for our sister but left feeling as if we’d put the waitress out and spent a lot of money on nothing that we couldn’t have got in any number of run of the mill establishments! Smell was lovely as were the toilets though!

Great service but the manager thought it was acceptable to tap her watch and say it was time up after we was sitting waiting for our final drink. Big let down from ‘management’ after having such great service from the staff who looked after us.

The service was excellent, they knew it was our anniversary and thoroughly spoilt us . All of the staff were a delight. Great food and the views …perfect afternoon.

View is wonderful. Service is haphazard, food quality is average. I ordered a cheese plate and they had run out of crackers. It was only 6pm. You don’t expect this from the Shanghai-La. Price is exactly as high as expected; but worth it for the view.

Lovely views from the table but service was a little slow and very poor value for money. I understand you pay for where you are but £12 for a bottle of tiger over £40 for an average burger with a tiny portion of chips is just too steep.

Ambience average. I feel a darker setting would be nicer to compliment the views. The food very average and choices very limited. Staff courteous and friendly.

Of course the view is amazing. And it would be lovely to have a little more in the way of healthy food and beverages available, for example a couple of fresh juices and one or two interesting vegan dishes or alternative salads.
