We made a reservation 2days requesting a window table. We arrived 10min prior to our reservation and told that there were no window tables available yet there was one with a reserve sign on it and then there were 2 window tables seated after us. We were seated at a wall table with no reserve sign on our table so I believe that we were seated at just any table and treated like a walk-in. The food was good but not great. We had to flag our waiter down for any needs and he never once asked us how the food was or if we needed anything during our visit. Overall, we will not go back. Truly a very disappointing experience.

ナイアガラの滝はもちろんですが、夕陽がとても綺麗に見えて良かったです。スタッフの方が度々気にかけてくださり良いサービスでした。

A hidden gem in Niagara Falls! I'm so glad that we booked this reservation through an Open Table suggestion as we likely would have never known it was there. The service was fantastic, our server was very nice and went above and beyond to make our night as special as possible. Every other member of the staff that we encountered was not only polite and helpful but genuinely happy to go out of their way to assist us, even answering our questions about the history and geography of the Falls. The food was phenomenal, everything was plated nicely and tasted fresh. We tried the vegan salad that our server recommended as a starter and it was gorgeous; so colourful, tasty, and a good size. I tried their featured cocktail, a blackberry martini, and my partner had the maple bourbon. Both drinks blew us away, I'd never seen anything like either of them on a menu before and was happy that trying something new paid off. Entrees were excellent but the real show stopper was the dessert which came out right as the restaurant turned out the lights for a 5 min firework show right outside our window. Everything was amazing, there is an unobstructed view of Niagara Falls unlike any restaurant we've been to on this trip so far and a guaranteed window seat for nearly every table. How this place wasn't packed is a mystery to me, would definitely come again. Huge thank you to everyone at Sky Fallsview for the perfect birthday celebration!

Easy to overlook this very good location. Great views of the Falls, quality food, and good service, but in a nondescript location that you might not even notice.

Our table was ready and had a wonderful view of Niagra Falls. Our server was prompt, knowledgeable & polite. We will return.

This was such an upsetting visit for us personally. In absolutely no way was this the fault of our wonderful waitress who tried very hard to make the best of the situation- we highly appreciated her service. We saved up for a “special” dinner to celebrate our marriage and we chose Sky Fallsview. We booked the reservation online through their Open Table System. At no point before our arrival were we notified that the floor the restaurant is typically on had been moved for construction. There were also no postings once we entered the building- we only found out when we saw a ripped piece of paper taped to the door saying to go to a different floor. Totally understandable that things happen and construction needs to be done but the atmosphere that we experienced away absolutely not what is advertised. As for the food, it was extraordinarily expensive and horrible. We each ordered a steak and they so extremely over salted we didn’t have more than one bite. I ordered my steak medium and it was well done. My husband ordered rare and it could only be considered “blue”. Our waitress was lovely and took them away and had them remade for us. They returned and they were still SO salty. I have a dairy allergy and again our waitress went above and beyond to make sure my meal was safe to eat. With the stakes a mashed potato and cooked vegetables come along with it. Due to my allergy I could not have either, which was completely okay, what was upsetting was that asking for a side tossed salad to replace the mashed potatoes and vegetables was an almost $8 up-charge. I’m understanding that because I diverted from the menu there would possibly be an additional charge- but $8 for (not exaggerating) a handful of lettuce was upsetting. By the time we got all our food back to the table it was 9:30pm and other staff were literally taking away table clothes, place settings etc from tables around us making us feel very rushed despite the delay not being out fault.
