Often referred to as “the wine lover's restaurant,” Sixty Vines delivers simple, yet flavorful cuisine paired perfectly with 60 wines on its sustainable tap system. Every plate and pour is designed to inspire adventure and discovery of wine culture reimagined. Guests are encouraged to experience abundance over shared plates, enjoy wine “pinkies down” and to visit for brunch, lunch and dinner. Signature menu items include charcuterie boards, seasonal proteins, wood fired pizzas and innovative pasta dishes all inspired by ingredients found in wine country.

I wanted to love this restaurant so badly. The menu looked fantastic. Unfortunately our service was terrible & that ruined the whole experience. I loved the ambiance but I honestly believe the restaurant is just too big for the servers to handle (and the tables were not even full). The “build your own” charcuterie board was great - but it was down hill from there. We were a party of 4 and ordered drinks when we sat down - but only 3 were served while we were eating our appetizers, and the 4th finally arrived with our main course. Very disappointed! The main courses were tasty but the poor service trumped the food.

Amazing new find! If there were boxes, this restaurant checked all of them. From when you first enter - the smell, set up, the staff, everything was great. Then you get to the food and it did not disappoint. The presentation, flavor and taste was enjoyed by all. This is a place I would definitely return to and recommend. Pics would not do it justice. Experience it for yourself. My only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner.

Pleasantly surprised! Varied menu featuring reasonably priced options. Service very good with the exception that server forgot my beverage, I am happily returning!

Booked for 6 on NYE. We were seated on a table for 8 when there were plenty of other tables in better lit areas in the section on the corner of the restaurant. Drinks weren’t served all together, the hummus bread was dropped on the table while placing it down so the server picked them up with their hands and placed the chips right back into the serving pail and left them, the filet mignon was requested medium-rare and came out charred on the outside and brown on the inside, the breads in the mussels appetizer were burnt on one side and flipped over; I can go on with observations and notes. Shall not be going back, and happy to discuss these issues with management if need be.

I always love visiting Sixty Vines - the food, drinks, ambiance are all great! But I find the service, while friendly, to be consistently slow. Even when sitting at the bar I’ve had food arrive before the glass of wine I ordered at the same time. Last night was no exception, and we’d have ordered another round of drinks if staff had reappeared to check up on us. Maybe the Foggy Bottom location needs to hire up a bit?
