Embark on a culinary journey with Chef Alessa Valdez, where the dinner table transforms into a magical realm. Our menu promises seasonable, sustainable delights—casual fine-dining at high altitude with weekly changes reflecting Chef Alessa's inspiration.

Choose from three exquisite options for each course during our exclusive three-course dinners at 5:45 or 8 pm, starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Sundays feature a six-course wine-paired extravaganza. Apres sessions return, exploring our curated wine list with exquisite fondue.

We happily accommodate dietary requirements; inform us in advance. Note, some dishes require 72 hours' preparation, a testament to our commitment to culinary excellence. Join us for a celebration where every bite tells a story, crafted by Chef Alessa Valdez for an extraordinary dining experience.

Join us for our cherished Après sessions, the perfect opportunity to explore our carefully curated wine list while savoring the delightful flavors of our exquisite fondue, charcuterie, and crafted cocktails. Available Thursday to Sunday from 2 PM to 5 PM, our fondue is priced at $60 per pot, serving up to four people. Charcuterie options and a selection of signature cocktails are also available to complement your experience. A well thought out three course meal with excellent choices to satisfy most diets. Excellent service and great owners make this a wonderful choice for a special night out on the mountain.

We enjoy’d the Sunday evening dinner and wine pairing ..,, six courses, six wines… an absolutely over the top experience… 6 Degrees is Big White’s fine dining restaurant which is superior to many places in major Cities We travel the world and this restaurant is always part of our best to enjoy

We had an amazing experience last night at Six Degrees Bistro. We booked in for the 6 course degustation with paired wines. Each wine was carefully selected and to the beautifully curated dish. I would fly back to Canada just to sit through this in a heartbeat. Thank you for having us.

We sat on the patio and enjoyed cocktails and fondue in the sunshine. Definitely a must do while at Big White.

Delightful little spot with amazing service! Weeknight menu is great and the Sunday night degustation is over the top fun if you like a wine pairing as well!
